Outdoor hot tub was cold. Steam room wasn't operating and there was no sign to alert people of same. Price of coffee was scandalous. No lift operating for underground carpark. Minor things but these were an inconvenience when we were looking forward to our stay. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Lack of a proper shower in the room. Our room had a shower in the bath.

Unfortunately the first night stay we were kept awake by a lot of people including kids screaming around the courtyard 10.30+ pm Even with shutting the window, it didn’t dull the sound and it was too stuffy to not have window open. I dont think thats the hotels fault but other guests should be made aware that they are disrupting other guests. Particularly those that have been traveling and look forward to some sleep.

The property was neat and tidy, comfortable and lovely gardens and foyer and other areas were lovely. Staff were helpful and courteous. Location was good, we had parking and were able to get a taxi into town easy enough as we were about 15 mins from cbd

The bathrooms could do with an upgrade, they are clean but quite basic in comparison to the design of the rest of the hotel

The pictures are accurate for what the room is like. The rooms are slightly more basic but the rest of the hotel was decorated nicely.

A little on the expensive side but most hotels are these days. If I had to a give a negative it would be the beds were too firm for me, but that's just personal preference. Its a lovely hotel.

Hotel is really nice and everything is finished to the highest standard. Food was very nice also.

The Bedroom was exceptionally warm & stuffy, even with the windows open & a fan being given. Staff were lovely when I asked for another one.

The location is v convenient to Salthill. The garden is absolutely fab, the pool, gym and facilities are brilliant. The food is fab. A great hotel!

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived there were hairs in the shower, apart from that it was a comfortable room

Location was great, a 12 minute taxi to the centre. Building was beautiful.. room was lovely and a great size for a family of four

We found the bedroom decor a little dated and the carpet was stained. We had a family room and the two single beds were on wheels and weren't very stable. The double bed was very noisy and the mattress not the most comfortable. We weren't provided with enough towels for the pool, nor were we informed that we needed swim caps. We had dinner on the first night and breakfast the first morning. Dinner was ok, but breakfast wasn't great. Surly server, rock hard eggs and potatoes and no vegetarian sausages. We wouldn't choose to stay again.

The only breakfast available is the full buffet (15 € per person). I would study the possibility of offering a simple caffé/cappuccino + croissant breakfast, at more affordable price.
