The location of the property is excellent for us to see the area. House is in a quiet neighborhood and we had plenty of beds to sleep. Although best if you have a car, there is a bus stop close by.

The kitchen had damaged pots I would not use, the outside terrace had broken steps so couldn't use it. Beds were comfortable but pillows were too high for us and would have appreciated summer duvets instead of heavy ones in the beds. Kitchen only had five cups, bowls etc which is odd for a house that would sleep more than that. Would have also appreciated wine glasses.

The kitchen isn't well-equipped. It's difficult to prepare a meal with the available pans. We also missed kitchen towels. The house was functionally clean, but could have been a bit better. The garden isn't inviting to relax in

Quiet location, basic cleanliness

The kitchen was missing essential equipment, the terrace was unsafe and unusable, there was a persistent smell in the living room which made us avoid it during our stay, the rooms were quite cold, one room was missing towels and the washing machine was full of laundry, hence couldn't be used. The host did not communicate at all as if they did not care. I wish their accommodation was better maintained and the host would show they care. This was our sixth apartment on our Irish roadtrip and while on the pricier side, it was easily the most disappointing. I'll make sure to trust the rating next time.

Good house in a nice quiet area away from the town. Well equipped.

Memory foam mattress and pillows are far too hard to sleep on. A welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, butter would be handy. The back garden area is very unkempt and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard you'd expect. Fine for one night but wouldn't be happy with that if you were there for longer.

Had a snag with the reservation which delayed our selling in but the operator made it right.

The property was easy to get to and easy to access. I had to find accommodation for the same day, so for a last minute find, and place to rest for the night it was fine. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well.

There could be more attention to detail. There were not enough towels for 3 people, and there was rubbish left in a corner at the top of the stairs. The TV worked intermittently and eventually stopped working all together. The property is quite charming and with a little tidying up in the garden at the front and back, would be a great holiday stay for a family.

Quiet housing estate five minutes drive from Cobh town centre. Ideal location for relaxing after a days touring.

Very disappointed with the property. There were wet towels in the washing machine and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There was zero information about the property and as a consequence we couldn’t get the heather working. 😠 The tv didn’t work so I let the owner know. He did send somebody around but they couldn’t fix it. He was going to send the owner but they didn’t turn up. So no tv for two nights. The backyard was over grown with weeds and there were building materials piled up in a few places. Also lots of empty bottles stacked against the fence.
