We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s a great location to use as a base, if you want to visit Mayo and Sligo. The room was excellent and we had WiFi. We will definitely be back. Gerry was very helpful.

IrelandFor the original price of €120 I would have expected an en suite bathroom, when I requested an en suite bathroom I had to pay an extra €30 & it had to be paid in CASH 🤨 I had to ask for toilet rolls as there were none in the bathroom

United KingdomThe host was a psychopath could not go to the toilet or outside for a smoke without being watched? Asked me to leave after 3 days and charged me 50 euros for laundry ? No way I will stay there again. ⁷
