Nothing to highlight. The location is not bad – we knew where it was, and of course you need a car to get to the village for restaurants or shops.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They recommended great places to have dinner nearby and were always attentive, making sure our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of homemade food: a proper traditional Irish breakfast. We would definitely come back.

Amazing beautifully furnished guesthouse with excellent breakfast and a lovely lady owner. Very nice surroundings near the lake. Nice town of Cong nearby. We were here for the second time on our trip around Ireland and if we ever visit Ireland again we will definitely be happy to come back again.

Nothing, it was perfect

We just loved staying here! As others have said, it was just the most friendly and welcoming place. Our room was great, so spacious and comfortable with everything we needed and more. They even brought out toys and other baby essentials we might need for our 8 month old, which was way above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious with many options, super good porridge, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh baked breads and treats…. So many good options! Don’t hesitate to book this amazing stay!

The house is in a very peaceful location, surrounded by a garden and fields with sheep and the occasional horse. There's also a very friendly dog that looks after the property. Various kinds of birds visit the gardens as well. The house is well maintained and beautifully decorated, which makes it very charming. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything one might need. Breakfast is plentiful, traditional, and lovingly prepared. Michelle is a wonderful woman, and it's a real pleasure to stay in her beautiful home. Quite simply, it’s sublime.

We had another fantastic stay at Corrib View Lodge, our second visit, and it certainly won’t be our last! Michelle and Larry are incredible hosts—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to offer helpful tips about the area. The lodge is cozy and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. We returned because we felt so at home on our first visit, and once again, they made our stay special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great hospitality and a comfortable, memorable experience!
