Arrived later than expected .. got there after 9.00p.m., Staff went out of their way to get us something to eat as we had not had any food since lunchtime. Food was delicious hot and most welcome. Staff could not have been more helpful.

We were at a wedding weekend! Suitcases were stuffed, a lift would have been great. But it’s an old and charming building so it’s not a complaint!

Food was super. Beautiful rooms. The hotel, particularly the lovely Mary were so good to us. There was no charge for the third child which many hotels do. It is so frustrating elsewhere, as a child probably only adds the cost of a few pancakes to the overheads. The Creighton were amazing here - we were able to fit in a beautiful family room, all together and no dividing up. Thank you for accommodating us. We have a large family, and many growing families of relatives nearby. So we will need accommodation increasingly. We will never look anywhere in the locality but the Creighton.

Stairs as it’s an older building. Local church bells were noticeable in front-facing room, so family used earplugs.

We found the staff to be kind, attentive, and pleasant throughout our stay. A genuine place throughout. We really loved the rooms, we had booked two, and each had an individual feel and style. Super-spacious, super-clean and well-appointed, the decor is fresh with a relaxed and calming vibe. Bathrooms and showers are excellent. Back bedroom was quiet. Breakfast was very nice, table service with wonderful staff.

The only thing we found difficult was the stairs and would be difficult for older people. Also there was only one very small tube of shower gel and shampoo for 2 people so you really would want to bring your own. No toothpaste either. We were lucky to get a room on very short notice as had not planned staying out the night so we did not have toiletries with us.

The bed was super comfortable with excellent pillows and bed linen. Shower was powerful. Room had lots of space and plenty of tea and coffee which was lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Room was also very quiet and peaceful.

Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at the Creighton Hotel. My room was very clean and spacious and had a really lovely ensuite and great shower. The breakfast was brilliant too, everything I could want. Also ate the at the restaurant and the food and staff were lovely.

The room was large and the bed was really comfortable. Whilst I couldn't initially get the shower to run hot, the staff were on hand to help out. Breakfast was perfect.
