Lovely friendly hosts, very helpful and interested in people. Great house, beautiful garden. Lovely tea/games room. The children loved the games selection. Everything clean and comfortable. Lovely selection at breakfast and lovely home baked scones. Easy to get to and great location for exploring the boyne valley.

Kevin and Geraldine were excellent hosts. The accommodation is super with a beautiful meadow garden to the rear which guests can enjoy. I couldn't recommend this property highly enough it's a real 10 out of 10. Also the home made scones and bread were a real treat at breakfast time

Nothing- all was perrfect

Superb. Supremely comfortable. I slept like a baby and woke refreshed.. Plentiful towels and toiletries supplied - thanks! Breakfast generous and excellent quality including homemade oatmeal bread to die for. Hosts extremely helpful assisting me to park and delivering my bags ( i am 88 and have mobility problems). They couldn't have been kinder or more considerate. I recommend strongly and will certainly use Deeside on my next trip. It is serene and peaceful yet conveniently placed close to the motorway. A real find!1

Liked how it was so spacious and airy. Beautiful property with beautiful outdoor wildflower garden and little walkways through it. Just stunning! The beds are amazingly comfortable and the staff are very accommodating!

The house and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The room was spacious and well appointed with great attention to detail. We loved the continental breakfast made from locally sourced ingredients, Geraldine and Kevin were very friendly and were excellent hosts, We will certainly be returning.

We had the pleasure of spending two nights at the home of Geraldine, Kevin and Tara, and we could not have wished for a better experience. They were truly exceptional hosts – warm, friendly, accessible, flexible, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and generosity made us feel immediately at home. The house is absolutely magnificent, with every detail thoughtfully prepared, and the garden is simply splendid – a true haven of peace and beauty. The hygiene was impeccable, and the food… divine! From breakfast to lunch, every meal was delicious and prepared with such care. We honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough – and even that wouldn’t do it justice, because words fall short. Their hospitality is incomparable, and we’re already looking forward to the day we can return.

Such a welcoming family. The manor is absolutely spectacular with beautiful gardens and the breakfast was perfect - I couldn't find any fault with this property.

The bed was very squeaky and bed frame was metal. The bathroom had some mould on the walls and no window or ventilation. The TV was very small and no apps for netflix.

The family were lovely and the food was absolutely gorgeous and the scenery and garden beautiful.
