The en suite shower wasn’t working but that’s not enough to deduct marks! This property was perfect! Only thing of note is that it is out of the way so you definitely need to drive. But the area is so beautiful!

It was so spacious, the beds were super comfy. The on site restaurant was lovely!

Unfortunately there was a problem with the ensuite toilet and the main bathroom shower. We muddled through but it wasn't ideal. The owner was apologetic.

Slight problem at the start with the heating not working properly,but resolved quickly. My grandchildren were visiting from Australia and had never experienced temperatures below 15c!

Location was fabulous, a lovely spacious house with big bedrooms, plenty of space throughout, has everything you need to stay. Loved the quietness and the restaurant onsite was brilliant, food excellent, staff throughout the restaurant/horses stables etc where so welcoming and accommodating they went above and beyond for us all.

Neighbours dog kept barking at us, every time we were out back. very remote location nothing to do new stones have been laid but they left the rubble sack behind

clean although the exterior requires some maintenance and the fridge freezer leaks at the bottom, some of the blinds are broken too at front door

As soon we walked into the property you were bombarded with notes everywhere from the homeowner. They were stuck at the TV, walls of the living room, bedrooms and kitchen. When you book somewhere you want it to feel a home away from home but it was made very clear from the start we were in someone else's home and every note stated you were going to be charged for certain offences. Kim even had a list attached to a kitchen cabinet door of all listed utensils. It had not had a deep clean in a long time dead flys on every windowsil and dust

The location was fab it was an amazing getaway with friends and very relaxing and quiet. We would stay here again but not in Kim's but within the area yes.

It seems tired and in need of some TLC. Generally clean and tidy but on closer inspection, a greater attention to detail could go into cleaning for example, one of the twin beds had sand or grit under the quilt on the sheet which would give me the impression it hadn’t been changed. Tea towel in kitchen was extremely dirty. Hand towel in en-suite was damp on arrival, again giving the impression it’s not been changed. Cabinet in en-suite covered in dirt / grit and doesn’t seem to have been wiped in a while. Utensil tray for cutlery very dirty and stained. Toilet brush very rusted and really need changed. Outside wooden banister rotten and falling down. Cobwebs (lots) inside the blinds and windows (clearly not cleared in a while). Inside of fridge dirty on arrival. Generally facade of outside is covered in lots of cobwebs. Lots of signs handwritten by host stuck all around the house warning of loss of security deposit for even minor things make it seem a little unwelcome, this information would be better in the information pack. No information on how to use heating, had to work it out ourselves.

Spacious which met our needs as a family of 5. Main bedroom was nice, bed very comfortable. Beautiful location.

The house was clean on the surface, but it could do with a deep clean, beds pulled out ect.. it listed a playground under facilities, but we could not find any.

The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable. The surrounding areas are so peaceful. The horse riding is fantastic.
