You're absolutely right - ACs are not very common in Ireland, as we simply don’t experience very hot or very cold weather here - our climate tends to be mild most of the year. While our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM — which is particularly important during the high season when the hotel is running at full capacity — we always strive to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. I’m sorry we were unable to do so in your case and that the interaction at reception came across as unhelpful. That’s not the experience we want any guest to have. We also regret that the room conditions and Wi-Fi did not meet your needs. Your feedback on ventilation and comfort has been noted, and we’re actively working on improvements in those areas. Although you’ve mentioned you won’t be returning, we do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It helps us improve, and should your plans ever change, we would welcome the opportunity to offer you a better stay.
