The only thing that I’m not 100% about was the bunk beds. Every time my friend or I moved during the night we disturbed each other.

It was very modern and clean. It was a great advantage to be able to use the kitchen facilities for breakfast and tea & coffee. The staff were great very informative about where to go and what to see in the area.

The place was very clean. The lady checking us in was very friendly and helpful. It's close to the town centre. The owner accommodated us when we had to change room size as we had an extra person. Hassle free and quiet place to stay.

The location was perfect because it was in a quiet area and was an easy walk to downtown. William gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and hikes in the vicinity. He was very friendly and helpful!

The shower door wasn't as user friendly as expected. I found it hard to open from the inside. The kitchen is basic. More for dining than cooking although that isn't misinformed.

Good location in the centre of Sligo. Really friendly staff who gave us great recommendations on where to visit around the area. Good placement of charging points.

Couldn’t fault the property or facilities.

Plenty of parking at the rear of the property. Location of the property is excellent. Just a very short walk to the many restaurants and pubs in Sligo town. I was on a motorbike tour and found the location excellent. The pressure of the shower was excellent. William, who is the property owner was excellent from the outset. Very informative of the areas when organising trips along the coast with some very good local knowledge that made our trip even better. Don’t forget to ask for a pin to place a pin of the world map in hallway before you leave!

We went to a wedding in Sligo Hotel. The Loge was about a 8 minute drive. It was perfect.

My wife and I have traveled for over 30 years. This is only the second time I've graded a facility a "10." The location is superb for exploring the charming town of Sligo. Repurposed from an old prison facility, the Lodge is super clean, modern and welcoming. The onsite parking is safe and secure. The high point for us was undoubtedly the innkeeper, a sharp young fellow named William. Not only did he greet us with a fresh and delicious cup of coffee upon our arrival, he was a fantastic resource of what to see and do....not only in Sligo, but in places further afield. I genuinely liked everything about the stay. William gave me an incredibly warm welcome, and all the important information had already been sent by email beforehand. He even took the time to write down some local highlights and tips for the area, which I really appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was a great size. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The doors were secured with individual codes, and I could conveniently park my car right behind the house. I would absolutely book another stay anytime. By the way, the city center was just a short walk away, and there were shops and stores right around the corner.

Brand new facility; excellent price and great location within walking distance to river, town, sites; clean; pleasant; everything we needed. William is a fabulous host. He responded immediately to all correspondence, met us in the morning, told us about the Lodge and his other adventure tour activities, made us coffee, and gave great recommendations for live music, food shopping, and good hikes. A former school teacher of his happened to drop by while we were in the shared kitchen, and he praised William’s good qualities. It was a sure testament to the genuineness of the hospitality William had shown us. Great craic.
