Inconvenience of parking but not overly bad. Not being picking but they could cheer up a bit.

It was very unique and quirky. Breakfast was excellent. Beating Cork and Dublin in the breakfast stakes. Parking was up the road no convient but it is what it is.

Our room was a little warm and humid without air conditioning. Wi-Fi signals were not strong. Water pressure was low. The room was not sound proofing.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Public parking was about 200m from the hotel. Room was big and clean. Many restaurants are nearby.

It gets loud at night when the bin man empties the trash bins which woke me up several times throughout our stay. Bad view, room overlooked the trash cans and the street.

Wonderful location, car park nearby that’s relatively inexpensive, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. It does get warm without AC for Americans but they’re very accommodating with providing extra fans.

The room decor is a little dark/dull. The view was of the back of the hotel (room #206) so nothing to see. The walls are also quite thin. We could hear those in the next room quite clearly. The room was quite warm and whilst the room has air con it didn't really do much (if anything). There was no water in the room so we took a bottle from breakfast the next day. Later, when the room was made up there were two cartons of water left for us (although we had to use the glasses from the bathroom). It looks like there should have been water initially but was an oversight on the first night. Not a major issue and one that could easily have been remedied if we'd asked Reception.

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional and made to order rather than a buffet style seen in some bigger hotels. The location is ideal for Killarney and surrounding area, just a 5 minute walk to the main street. Despite there being no onsite parking (as is stated) the nearest car park is just 150 yards away and very cheap at 3 Euro for 24 hours. Don't be fooled by the signs for parking at the side of the hotel. This is 5 Euro per day and is actually further away than you think.

The hair dryer was hard to keep gpoiung. It cut out after some 30 seconds - not long enough. The main shower head would not stay in place - too loose

Great Location Good room, nice size. Good beds. Terrific breakfast. Nice staff . Generally a happy stay with a couple of minot issues

Bathroom facilities lacks more towels , toilet paper needed , instead of the embarrassment of asking front desk theses need to be looked at only for that would have rated 5 *.

The bed was the only negative it was quite squeaky, and as it was two beds put together there was a small difference in height which meant it wasn't as comfortable as expected. The beds in all the rooms are possibly different although this was disappointing I would go back but ask for a different room

A short walk to the train station, very central to the shops and restaurants, we stayed in room with spa bath so relaxing after a long walk, a lovely hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful, good choice of food at breakfast and cooked to order.
