Only bad point was when drinks where ordered from the table they where very slow to arrive and we had to ask for them a few times also we where charged for drinks we didnt order.We were than told it would take 30 days for them to refund us for them. We are booking in over 20 people for a night stay again soon with breakfast & meals it would have been nice to be offered a better rate considering the business we are bring to the hotel.

Room was stifling. The only window could only be opened a small amount, there was a fan in wardrobe but using fans overnight is not a healthy option. So we had poor nights sleep. No maps of Dundalk on display.

Food good, staff very pleasant. Location good - easy to get to Castle Bellingham for a wedding.

Great location, very modern hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Generous room sizes and clean! Food was delicious for breakfast and dinner with a large selection of drinks in the bar.

Frustrating that such an otherwise modern hotel doesn’t have air con in the rooms. Breakfast was better when we last stayed 2 years ago.

The room was so clean. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in a long time. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. It was very quiet and we had a great sleep.

That we couldn't have dinner at the hotel as it was booked out. We didn't realise we had to book a table. We were not informed of this when checking in. We had to drive to a local pub to get something to eat

It would have been nice to have a pool or bath but we were aware of this on booking and it is reflected in the price.Childrens play room would be a nice addition Mostly, for us, having no air conditioning was a problem Itvwas difficult to sleep and was very warn despite the window been open There was a fan provided but it provided very little help Despite this i would book again maby during the winter months

Your hotel needs to be more competitive and booking .com did not include breakfast . Discount was given but was added back with cost of breakfast . I mhave since got emails offering 10% of dinner but that wasnt offered on my last visit which is a joke.

Restaurant was a little tired and food disappointing. Needs a menu update, the actual restaurant is a spacious area which was busy with families. We had an early start and we’re a bit disappointed to find breakfast wasn’t served for another hour.with hindsight we probably have mentioned this at check in. Check out staff couldn’t be bothered.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. Even though there was a good choice and nice eggs the rest of the hot food was a bit over cooked and dry.
