There were no drawers or fridge in the room.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay. The breakfast choice was fabulous. The spa was amazing, one of the best we've been to. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We stayed in one of the rooms with a patio, it was lovely.

The restaurants are generally good, breakfast was very nice. Dinner menu was somewhat limited in the restaurants. We ate in both restaurants and the food was just ok, i would have expected it to be much better based on the prices charged.

The hotel grounds facilities are lovely. The rooms are very nice, welll equiped and very clean. The spa is big and the facilities are very good, the swmming pool in particular is very nice with indoor and outdoor parts nd both were lovely and warm.

The room temperature was slightly too warm had to open the windows which are very heavy and maybe not manageable for some people

The spa facilities were excellent and staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. . Breakfast was delicious and dinner in both the bar and restaurant was very tasty. It was a very relaxing break.

The restaurants were not very clean, especially the tables and high chairs. Items on the restaurant menus were unavailable, leaving very little choice for dinner. We were on an outing for many hours but by our return at 3pm the rooms was still not refreshed. Quite disappointing for such a nice hotel. We ended up not getting it done as the baby had to go to sleep.

Main course delayed apparently. To be honest we didn’t notice it / time BUT it was acknowledged to us that was a delay - it wasn’t an issue with us but was nice that waitress did say was going to check whe she noticed . It arrived within minutes - didn’t get her name but very attentive

Farnham Estate is a fantastic venue, nestled in beautiful surroundings. The facilities are excellent, the hotel is spotless, the food is delicious and the cocktails are fab. However, the best part is the staff who are so friendly, helpful and professional. Really enjoyed my stay,can't wait to return. Fantastic venue 👌

The bedrooms itself were perfect have a choice of bath or shower. With expresso machine in the room. Beds were very comfortable and you can adjust the temperature in the room. The breakfast itself was unbelievable you had a choice of a full fry and were able to order pancakes as well. With iced coffee. The staff itself were very nice and friendly and so easy to check in and check out.

We ate in the bar and the young staff appeared a little overwhelmed as it was busy with guests there for a wedding the following day.

Room fabulous, breakfast excellent and the grounds were very inviting.

Paid a substantial amount for the room, was expecting more eg mini fridge. The shampoo mount in the bathroom was broken and the skirting boards were falling off the wall.

I enjoyed the scenic walks and how it is located in the country it was secluded.

we ate in the steakhouse, my partners steak was excellent but I had a T bone of which the strip loin side was stringy and partly inedible, for the price paid you would expect better , did bring to the attention of the server but they appeared uninterested.

Breakfast was very good, room was also very good, check in was slow arrived, at 4pm and had to wait about 45 mins but we did get a complimentary drink for the extended wait so that was a nice touch.

The restaurants were poor. We had seen poor reviews beforehand but tried it anyway. Unfortunately the reviews seemed to be true.

Location, facilities, breakfast - all excellent. Staff were great. We even lucked out with the weather and had gorgeous sunshine.

Absolutely nothing

I loved everything about it, its our second time to stay in Farnham Estate and once again were blown away with the standard of customer service here. Every single member of staff are so helpful friendly and engage in conversation about your stay and if your happy. We cannot wait to return for the third time, in fact I don't think we will go to any other hotel again because this is 5 star to us. This is our place of serenity for us to wind down and spoil ourselves. Rooms were exceptionally clean, food was above our expectations, one particular manager seen us going outside and it was raining, he went out of his way to get us a table with a parasol and wiped down the chairs with a towel so we wouldn't get wet. I think he was manager of the cedar restaurant. Very friendly and goes above and beyond for customers thank you. We will be back again for sure.
