The location of Feeney's in Salthill. And the professionalism of the team.

Booking on Booking.com: inaccessibility of the website for visually impaired people. And alternatively, the difficulty to join Feeney's on the phone. BUT, once meeting them in person, they were great and have found ways to help us and overcome the difficulties.

Rooms were clean and the location was good. Good places nearby in salt hill and a 40 minute walk to Galway city centre. Staff provided a fan on request for the room.

Bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. Bathroom had been poorly renovated with no ventilation installed and the shower door was not able to close. Also my card kept getting rejected prior to arriving to finding out upon arrival that most credit cards from Australia, US or UK get rejected and it was a fault with their system. Whilst I was trying to park the staff pushed for my partner to pay immediately which I was going to do when I had gotten out of the car. Then they disappeared after this. Overall the credit card situation made check in stressful and if there’s a known issue they should request payment at the property

There was no breakfast, unheard of in a B&B. The room was comfortable enough but no heating was put on (apart from a separate electric fire) although unseasonably cold. Mean little toiletries- the sort you get free.

or the extortionate price paid for a single room (£165 per night booked well in advance) I was disappointed that no breakfast was provided. To have to go out early in driving rain to find a cafe is not what one would expect from such an expensive place. The place was soulless with no contact with management. I was shown by room up a steep flight of stairs when the manager didn't offer to carry my case although I am elderly.

Nice little hotel, it's clean and the staff very friendly. The room we stayed was small but we just stayed for two nights, so it was not a big issue. The location is great, near lots of commerce. The price is high for what it is, but I guess everything in Galway is overpriced.

It's great location in Salthill, free parking. We were able to check-in early.

There was no breakfast as advertised, no breakfast at all. Based on that it was a bit pricey.

Located close to the beach, perfect for a morning or late swim. The city center is only 15-20 min walk which is kinda close for a digestive walk. The owner is very friendly, helping and available which makes the trip easier. The room is big, well equipped and top coffee in the room for the morning !

I had a bad experience with a local (he wanted to report me for bad parking where I just stopped for 10 seconds) but nothing to do with the property! Just be careful on where you park when arriving on this B&B.

It was located very conveniently and made our day easy. We had a really good time in Galway. The lodge was just a place to sleep.

It wasn’t bed and breakfast. No breakfast available. The facilities were quite old and worn , I found the bed uncomfortable but my husband did not. It was extraordinarily noisy.
