Wifi was dodgy , but it was not owners fault , also showers could have been a bit stronger

What can I say we loved it , it had character , amazing location , lake was so calm and relaxing , everything we needed , lots of places on site to use , it was our home from home , Breda was a wonderful host , helping us where we needed it , A relaxing and calming place to stay

We are Family of 5 and we enjoyed the stay. We where attending a family wedding at Slieve Russel and it was just approx 15min drive. It was lovely weather and very relaxed to wake up in the peace and quiet, we walked down to the lake, and our sons played football outside as our day two at hotel didn't start until 4pm. Breda had everything in house for us which was so thoughtful, lovely woman to meet and nothing was of any bother as she allowed us an early check-in to change for wedding . Beds where exceptionally comfortable and we will be back if have any other events to attend near by or to just even relax for a day or two. We loved our stay highly recommend

We had a wonderful time staying at the farm house. Breda was a wonderful host who met us when we arrived and showed us around the house and the other amenities. Excellent location, right infront of the garadice lake, where we had lots of fun canoeing!

A wonderful place to escape the city near a beautiful lake. Spending Christmas in this house was amazing. We’re planning to visit again in the summer to go canoeing. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!

Garadice View is a very comfortable, traditional and cosy farmhouse. The house has everything a family needs. Breda is the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. The canoes were great fun and there are lots of walks along the lake nearby. It’s within half hour drive of lots of activities and sights. I highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic large house, plenty of room for 6 adults. Breda was easy to contact. House was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could need. Lovely open fireplace, fantastic views. Beds extremely comfortable, kitchen had absolutely everything. Perfect getaway. Highly recommended.

I cannot think of anything

The house was very large and comfortable. It was very well equipped with everything you would need. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is quiet but was perfect for us as we were looking for somewhere quiet to get away from the fireworks over Halloween as our little dog is terrified of them. He was a very happy chap there. The town is not a long drive away and we also took the opportunity to visit Enniskillen for some shopping as it is not far away.

Wonderful house with plenty of space. Host couldn’t have been more hospitable. Even had some welcoming dry goods and snacks and a couple of fridge staples. Right across from lovely Garadice lake and only a few minutes from Ballinamore. Loved it.

Beautiful farmhouse with safe courtyard for children to play. Swings and play area were fabulous. Private lake access, comfy beds,plenty of space,TV,,cds,games and lots of treats left for us in the kitchen. Everything was fab so we have booked again. We used the barn with fairy lights,music each night for family games. I cannot recommend the house enough. Breda was so friendly.

House was situated across from a beautiful lough, were you could swim or use the canoe. Very friendly horses to feed in the nearby field. Beautiful lough walks surrounded the house. Two local villages nearby.The property had a bbq which we used a lot! The kitchen had everything you could need. Beds very comfy

Wi-Fi connection is poor

the house is spacious, really fantastic lake nearby with use of boats, tables, bbq, bikes, games, etc. what a great rental for a family. the farm animals next door are the icing on the cake. the owner left some treats, milk, etc which were really appreciated.
