The only one thing I'd say is in the pod we were in.each time we boiled kettle the steam set the smoke alarm off ..

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The cabin is clean, has everything you need and has very efficient heaters if you’re cold. Dan was very friendly and helpful with some good recommendations getting around and for restaurants or attractions. The communal toilets and showers are warm and clean. The check-in and check-out times are pretty flexible. It is about a 20min walk along the canal walk which is basically like a park.

Nothing - it was great

My sister and I stayed at Treegrove Glamping for one night with our puppy and had such a lovely experience. The facilities were fantastic and spotless- the showers, toilets, and our glamping room were all super clean and really comfortable. It’s only about a 25-minute walk to Kilkenny Castle, which was ideal for us. We were checked in by Dan at reception who was so friendly and welcoming-he gave us brilliant dog-friendly recommendations which made our stay even better. The whole site is gorgeous, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a relaxing trip. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back- highly recommend Treegrove Glamping for anyone visiting Kilkenny!

We were close to the main road so you could hear all the traffic going past.

I loved the cosy intimate cabin and that it came equipped with plates, bowls, glasses and mugs and cutlery. It also had towels for us to use. The bed was super comfortable and we were really close to the bathrooms. Bathroom facilities are close by and clean. The outside patio is also really nice to sit out and watch the stars. Will definitely be back again!!!

The place is ideal for being surrounded by nature and enjoying peace and quiet. The atmosphere is comfortable and serene. Even though there are many campers, it still feels relaxing — perfect if you want to reconnect with yourself and with nature. At the same time, it’s easy to walk to the city center, which makes the location very convenient. The owners are kind, attentive, and always ready to help with any needs. The shared bathrooms and showers were very clean and well organized. The little cabin I stayed in was absolutely lovely — cozy, charming, and full of character.

This isn't a negative so much as an FYI: We were there during great weather, so really enjoyed the walk into town along the water (it took us 25-30 minutes, not being in a hurry). However, had it been colder or rainy, we may have opted for a taxi over walking, so maybe just something to keep in mind depending on the time of year/your own mobility options.

We loved our cozy little pod - it had everything we needed, and the cedar smelled so lovely when warmed by the sun. The whole place felt very clean, friendly, and well taken care of. We enjoyed having a little front porch for quiet mornings and evenings and that the bathrooms were nearby.
