I was instructed to clean the apartment and evacuate trash. This was unnecessary as I believe proper cleaning and change of sheets and towels should follow after a guests' departure!

The location was excellent, with Luas trains 2mins walk away. The apartment was clean and in good state, except for the broken blinds, which the host apologised for. Ms Laura, the host was particularly helpful and supportive.

Taking the keys is a bit of a hassle. You have to walk up a parking ramp to retrieve the key and walk around the block to get to the apartment. The management was quick to respond to queries and was very welcoming at the point of check-in. I complained about the lights and a clogged sink and maintenance came the next day. I also complained about the blinds in the living room, maintenance informed me that it's up to management to fix it. Management said it was broken by previous guests, they should have been forthcoming before I checked in. Anyone from outside could see through the living room and it got really warm when it's sunny. Nobody came to fix it for 7 days. The beds were wobbly and you could feel the springs. Kitchen was very basic, I gave all the utensils a good wash before I used them. They should have more mugs and glasses. There should also be towel changes for a week of stay. The place is spacious and has potential. Management needs to buck up.

It's just 5 minutes walk from LUAS and another 20 mins to Dublin Centre. There are supermarkets just opposite the apartment, so it's very convenient. It's spacious.
