I realize the hotel can’t control their guests, but some of the guests were very loud outside on the porch our room after 11:00 PM.

The location is secluded and quiet. The hotel provided a small breakfast.

Very accomidating to my bicycle and room was big for a single. Polite host that expained everything in detail on arrival. Beautiful gardens. Self service breakfast was convieneient as was use of kitchen to cook food should I have wished to do so.

A good size, clean, dry room, hot water, good shower, clean towels, clean toilet, good flush, toilet brush provided. Good tea/coffee making facility. All the fundamentals catered for. Very nice grounds and garden, 5 minute walk to the small village with shop and pub. Very pleasant hostess, Jackie.

Creaky floorboards. Mould in shower. Only bread option was a white pan loaf, no gluten free, brown, or soda.

Host was very welcoming. Beautiful building. Beautiful setting. Warm. Comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Access to a superb kitchen but bring your own food if you want more that tea and toast for breakfast. Fresh milk available for tea and coffee in room.

Location was fantastic, in the country surrounded by lush landscape and beautiful potato fields. Landscaping around the house was beautiful with large trees and rock walls.

A unique experience in the countryside of Ireland. It deserves more than one day stay Warm and gentle welcoming Despite being clear that breakfast was not included in the service, we were provided by the owner with many food items that made it easy to arrange a rich morning meal (and thank you, the cake was delicious)

Our rooms was on the top floor up in the eves and found it a little small for two of us, but nothing much the owner can down with how the bedroom is built into the eves. The shower also needs a little looking into as the head has gone and the seal needs re sealing only a couple of minor things, as we really enjoyed our stay and woudln't go back anytime.

Great location in the countryside so nice and quiet, but also if you want you can be in Marlow as an example within 20 minutes or so. We stayed on our motorbikes and found it a great place for a base whereby we could ride all over the south west coast area without any issues. There is a local pub within 5 minutes walk from the BB which we found great for a place to walk to at the end of the day, but be aware they don't sell food so eat before getting back. The host was great a really freindly lady and was always there to welcome us and stop for a chat. When we arrived she made us very welcome and showed us the whole place so we wouldn't get lost as much as the place is massive. Really is a great place and do stay as it's a home from home and you'll leave as a friend.

The Grove house is a beautiful farm house in the country! Great gardens on the grounds! Great amenities! But the best part is the warm friendly service provided by Jackie, the hostess. She is a delightful woman who we became very good friends with. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She helped us find people in the area we knew from 27 years ago when we stayed in this area on our honeymoon. She was a wealth of knowledge. It was a wonderful experience staying there.

Everything was great. The bed linen would be the only suggestion I would have as it was not the best quality but the beds were very comfortable and the facilities were excellent, and the host did explain I got the last room which was more basic than the others.

The location was gorgeous with very pleasant views of the surrounding countryside.

From the long driveway to the vast grounds surrounding the house it eludes peace! I got a brilliant tour of the property after being shown to my room and I can only wish I had another night to properly use some of the areas to their potential! Jacque and her family were very welcoming.
