IrelandWe were a group of nine staying for a work event, and the hotel was very accommodating with the various room changes and guest arrangements we needed. They also kindly stored our luggage for a late check-in, which we really appreciated. We had originally booked dinner for 7pm, but at 6:30pm asked if it would be possible to move it to 7:30pm. The staff suggested dining at the new fish restaurant, Alaria, instead—and we’re so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. A special mention to Giuseppe, who was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the menu to such a large group. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic, with plenty of choice and great quality. The Shull Harbour Hotel itself is in a brilliant location, just a short walk to local bars and the pier. I would highly recommend both the hotel and Alaria restaurant.

BrazilWe had a terreo apartment; so there was not much sun or light coming in. Also, the hair dryer didn't work, but the girl in the reception didn't seem concern to provide a solution.
The location is just perfect. It is right at Schull Harbour, so we just crossed the road and were in the beautiful Schull Harbours facilities. Additionally, the structure of the self-catering apartment is perfect for a family; we had everything that we needed.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good. The hotel had good facilities. The hotel is well maintained, it is clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice.
