We absolutely loved The Hayfield Manor! What an absolute gem we found in Cork. The grounds and hotel were beautiful. The staff was superb, the breakfast had many options to choose from, and the restaurants were excellent as well. We arrived late that evening, and they kept the restaurant open for us so we could eat. There was a piano in the lobby and someone was playing each night we were there. It was nice to sit and have a drink while listening to the music. The staff was helpful helping us plan our daily activities. The rooms were spotlessly clean as well.

Loved our 3 day stay at this beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner in Perrots was very good and breakfast is fantastic. Concierge (Owen) arranged for us to go horse riding on day two of our stay… we all loved it, great fun!!

United KingdomWe had to extend our stay because of a bereavement in the family. After the funeral, my wife checked us out but I had to come back and change out of my suit for the flight. The chap at the door (whose name I didn’t catch) said I heard you’ve had some bad news and I explained I just had to use the gents to get changed and he walked me into the spa to a private changing room so I could get changed in comfort. Exemplifies the mindset of the hotel - they understand that people remember how they were treated above anything else. Fantastic place with fantastic people

United StatesThe chairs in the restaurant need to be replaced. When you sit down the seats completely collapse. This is the same for the chairs in the bedrooms.
The staff at this hotel go all out to be of service for any need you might have. The cocktail bar and the bar are lovely places to sit and the restaurant is very good. The rooms are quite comfortable and it's in a very good location close in to everything. There is parking on site as well.

Everything about this property was exceptional. We also attended a tea service, and it was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help. The environment was very relaxing and calm. The food was very good and the staff very accommodating to dietary needs. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was very private. I wished we could have stayed longer.

CanadaExceptional stay right from the beginning! Liam greeted us upon arrival, we were promptly checked-in and offered a lovely arrival taste of Irish whiskey. Our room was ready and our bags were swiftly taken to the room without even having to request it. The room was lovely, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was a delight, as were the pool and jacuzzi offering. Bloom was a great spot for an evening cocktail before heading into town or dinner. Bikes were available free of charge and we enjoyed ourselves immensely exploring Cork on them! Highly recommend stay at Hayfield, we will absolutely be back!
