There wasn't much I didn't like. The only slight thing I disliked was the time the breakfast stopped. We were told at the reception 10.15 am but for room service it was 10 am. That would be the only complaint I have. Ideally I would have liked a later time for breakfast. Also a little fridge in the room would have been great. However I later found out that they can be rented from reception if needed. Also there are vending machines in the hotel if you wanted a cold drink or a sweet treat after the bar had closed.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my two children for a family wedding. The room was lovely with plenty of space and plugs etc. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were lovely. I opted to get room service to the bedroom each morning for breakfast. The amount of food that came each morning was unreal. You really do get your money's worth and you definitely will not be hungry after. It has to be one of the best breakfast services out of any hotel I have stayed in. On the 3rd day we didn't fancy a fry, so opted for just cereal and fruit with yogurt. Not only did we get what we asked for but the lady also brought us up extra, including pancakes with Nutella and maple syrup. She said she thought we might like them. She was really lovely. The fruit selection was great as well. Watermelon, pears, oranges, grapes, the selection really was brilliant. Not one complaint about the breakfast. It was a 10/10. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely return. Next time I will definitely try out their spa treatments.

Family hotel with very popular kids club so can be noisy in public areas at times. Wouldn't stope returning but maybe not during school holidays (kid club seemed to be a great attraction)

We were unaware of the route from reception hall to our rooms, and hence, we went outside to gain access to our rooms. Furthermore we were new to the hotel and we didn't know how to get to the residence bar and there was no one on the desk to ask. Thus, we just retired to our rooms when we would have preferred a nightcap.

We attended a wedding and the staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

I know it is the Easter holidays, but the amount of kids running around was a bit much. Your receptionist upgraded us to a quieter room. What a treasure she is. We stayed with you on Thursday 24th April 2025.

Receptionist excellent, she gave me details of make up artist in the town. She also advised on the local restaurants, her advise was perfect.

Small stuff at breakfast. Orange juice and apple juice - too dilute to have any recognisable taste! And we hate having to queue to toast our own bread! Otherwise, the breakfast fry-up was very tasty.

Breakfast was fine. Lady ‘greeter’ was very friendly and helpful. Very young waiter was also very courteous and helpful. We arrived on Mother’s Day. And local confirmation. The hotel was buzzing! But reception staff were excellent and ‘bar manager’ (?) (collating receipts later in the evening) was really professional - quickly found us a table for dinner and, later, sorted out some food for us in the lobby.

Rooms radiator made a bit of a noise around 4.00am both mornings husband turned it off so was ok.
