The lodge itself was the perfect definition of chic comfort. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the incredibly cozy furnishings, made us feel right great. It was the kind of place where you could truly unwind and forget about the city life. The hosts were genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience an authentic small Irish town.

The check in time was a little limited (2 hour window), and check out time quite early (10am), though this was only a minor issue and was not unsurmountable.

The room was of such a high quality that it was on par with some 5 star hotels I have visited! We felt like the only people around for miles, and yet only 5 or 6 minutes from Milltown. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was divine after the heat of the day's travel. The view was even more spectacular than expected with a name like Inch View Lodge, the gardens and the house were truly of a standard that was stunning. We were welcomed and checked in by a friendly gentleman and allowed to settle in without any undue fuss. The lady of the house was very friendly when we spoke in the morning and offered suggestions for our onward exploration of the area.

Absolutely stunning views here! The grounds were immaculately kept and gorgeous with amazing, colorful flowers and shrubs. Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean and updated. Bernadette was a lovely host!!

Gosh. Can't really think of much! Might be a bit rural for some folk, but don't let that put you off. You won't regret staying here

What great hosts! Thanks Bernadette and Dan. Loved our 2 day stay. So much better than expected - a lovely surprise. Room was large and very well presented. Felt at home immediately. Rural setting just adds to the occasion. Just 10 minutes to good local pub for a classic meal. Best accom we've had in Ireland so far. Trust me - this is high praise. So glad we decided to stay here - a wonderful memory.

The (hand) shower hose wasn't long enough to spray from above your head without squatting and with a bad knee, made it a little uncomfortable.

Beautiful pastoral setting with a view that was amazing! The room we stayed in is the one upstairs in the picture. Fairly new and modern, very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable super king-size bed. Best accommodations so far on our trip! Our host had to leave before we were up so he called us at checkout time to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We very highly recommend staying here and if we are fortunate enough to visit the area again, this will be our choice,

The room was spotless and spacious, the hosts received us warmly, gave us recommendations for where to eat dinner, and generally made us feel right at home. The location is great, and only a very short drive from the nearest town, giving good options to eat etc.
