Thank you for your review Sinéad. I'm glad you found my home exactly as stated on booking site with everything provided. You are correct, quiet times are stated as 10pm to 8am, and therefore, guests that left early that morning did comply with no noise prior to 8am, just as you clarified in your review. When they close their doors after 8am, if they make noise, it's not a breech of house rules. Once guests check out, I do start housekeeping, normally leaving it until after 10am to be fair on remaining guests, like your party, so I have rooms prepared in time for next arrival, and therefore I did Hoover after 10am as normal. I obliged your party on check in day, authorising an early check in, 2 hours prior to stated check in time, to accommodate you & your party, and i did not charge extra for early check-in request. . I did prompt your party 30 minutes prior to check out time, as your party was still in bed, to allow you time to shower and pack up before departure, although none of your group actually showered in the end, and did leave at the stated check out time. thank you for your feedback Marcela, I hope you enjoyed the Great Limerick Run. unfortunately my rescue dog had a gasto infection & in a lot of pain, please god he makes a full recovery 🙏 interestingly, all towels left in your room were actually used & both very wet. You will see when you made your initial booking, list of all facilities available to guests were listed, before you completed your booking . On reviewing, you will see that there was no microwave or toaster listed, with total transparency with amenities available to you, so I'm confused as to why you expected them to be available with your booking. My dog does not have access to areas of house guests use, and website does inform you the property does have a dog. Thanks again for your feedback, best wishes

thank you for your feedback Caroline. so disappointing you had misunderstood the facilities stated on the site & were expecting something different to this. It also does state on the site that host does have a dog, and perhaps when booking accommodation in the future, you pick a property that does not have a dog, as this may suit your needs better. I don't actually have a hairdryer, so unsure what you thought you heard? 2 bathrooms were totally available to you, however, I think you chose not to take a shower during your stay. Wishing you more success when choosing accommodation in the future, and do bare in mind, you booked my home, based on facilities that were available to you during your stay, as clearly stated on the site. You also had access to pictures of bedrooms before booking, so were fully aware of size, etc also. Thankfully previous guests have been more than happy, and several return constantly, which does give me peace of mind, having read your review, Warmest regards

thank you for your review John. unfortunately as you came home in the small hours of the morning after your night out, the heating had finished for the night, as it doesn't run all night, which im sure you can appreciate, in a family home. Thank you for your custom 🙏
