My two friends and I (all male pensioners) had a wonderful stay at your AirBnB. We truly appreciated the individual rooms, each with comfortable beds, clean sheets, and fresh towels. The large walk-in shower and plentiful hot water in the bathroom were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials (toaster, kettle, cooker, fridge, cutlery, dishes), making it easy to prepare meals. We also enjoyed the comfortable sitting, dining, and lounge areas. The house itself was very comfortable, and its location was incredibly convenient. We felt the price was extremely reasonable. We'd confidently recommend this AirBnB to anyone – it even has a high chair, making it family-friendly. We all had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you! Peter Campbell

The shower is terrible. Water pressure is awful and there's a gap of about 1.5 inches where the shower screens meet in the middle. Nicely decorated but unkempt in places. Expensive for what it is. Fan in bathroom doesn't work, batteries dead in clocks and tv remotes. Barely any kitchen utensils, no hand towels, no kitchen roll, only 1 bath towel each, Barely any saucepans No tin foil or cooking oil No coffee maker supplied despite listed No complimentary logs for wood burners or even supplied for additional purchase Some windows have no blinds. Morning sun an issue at dining table Road noise at front of house no good for light sleepers The tiniest of bins in kitchen. It's the size of a bathroom bin. Bins weren't emptied. Christmas decorations still visible end of March

The traffic noise all through the night can make it hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper, you may need headphones

Despite other reviews, wasn't prepared for the level of noise at the front of the house. It wouldn't stop us from staying again though but would definitely consider ear plugs!

With two living rooms and 3 bedrooms there was loads of space for us to relax, especially knowing the car was parked safely out back. There are several restaurants/takeaway options and convenience stores right across the street with other, larger shops only 10 mins walk away. The house was toasty after putting the heating on for a very short time!

The sound of traffic was very loud but that is not the owners fault and we were prepared for noise after reading previous reviews, I think we just underestimated how noisy it would be. The house would benefit from some more cups, glasses and cutlery.

This property had the perfect layout for our family. The location was great and the facilities were very good. We didn't really have any contact with the owner but he responded very quickly when we did contact him before our stay. The house was very clean and was well prepared with the basics that you usually forget about until you arrive on your holiday.

Location was great for our needs in this area of Ballybofey we also have family in the area, the communication was good with the owner, everything was our liking and would use again Jacks Place in future stays.

Finding it was a challenge, parking was plentiful but very challenging to access unless in a very tiny car.

Beds were comfy, and it was located within walking distance of several eating and drinking establishments.

The only negative about the place was the busy road. Lorries and cars were going past the house all night..it made it very difficult to sleep..

The road passing in front the house is very busy. The noise can be disturbing in the early morning. Yet the rest of the house makes it very pleasant to stay a few days in order to discover the surrounding Donegal.

The house is very confortable and well furnished. The contact with the owner was easy and efficient to get access to the place : indeed, the indication of the location from Booking is not precise enough. A good landmark is the gas-station at the neighbouring cross-road.

Lovely house. Great location, walking distance to anywhere in Ballybofey/Stranorlar and good central location to explore Donegal County from. Free parking spot at rear of house. Spotlessly clean and nice and warm even when temperatures outside had dropped to -8°!
