Jim McGee's was a great place to stay. It was very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants and parks. The staff was helpful and parking was easy and very convenient. It was a really good value for everything you get.

The fan in the bathroom was much too loud went on and off every two minutes then straight back on all night really noisy ! Woke us up all night ..room 6

Very clean set up and well decorated for what was a working shed. Architraves in old style. Amazing fish and chip but a stone throw away. This was recommended by a local we frequented over a guiness in the square. There was music while we drank which all helped fulfil our short overnight stay

Great pub to socialise in and a clean comfortable room. Good parking. Did not serve food but there is a great chippy around the corner and lots of eateries a short walk away. Easy access to the N25. 20 minutes to the ferry terminal or head the other way for adventure.

Property is close to the main shopping areas. There is parking on site. Room was spacious with large shower and hot water. Beds were very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet.

Nothing much. There was a circular mirror over a drawer unit which could be lowered and maybe more lighting in that area but otherwise all good.

It can be a little noisy with cars coming and going and doors closing. Earplugs are needed. Hot tap was not so hot.

Large Room in a quiet complex in the Town Centre. Very convenient for access to Town Centre.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and very central to Wexford town.

The room was very spacious,clean,the bed was heaven with pillows to sink into.couldn’t find any fault with the room,location & staff was perfect .can’t wait to return.

The room itself was clean and HUGE! Private and quiet, despite the location. The staff were lovely and so helpful. For the price, I was expecting something far more modest and was quite pleasantly surprised.

The initial response to the bathroom water disruption was swift and well managed by Derek. we did get compensation quickly.

The guest room appeared to have been recently refurbished; however, in our view, the bathroom did not receive the same attention. Signs of wear were evident, particularly in the grout, and the hand basin was notably small. Following a long drive, I attempted to shower upon arrival, only to discover that the shower drain was blocked. This resulted in water flooding the bathroom floor. To their credit, staff responded promptly and handled the situation efficiently. We were offered and promptly received €50 in compensation for the disruption. Unfortunately, our experience deteriorated further during the night. The bathroom fan repeatedly switched on and off, severely disturbing our sleep. We were left exhausted the following morning, and with a 6:30 a.m. ferry to catch, I felt unfit to drive safely due to fatigue. We reported the issue to management, but were informed that no fault could be found. It is possible that their inspection was brief and insufficient to replicate the problem. We found the response from the accommodation manager dismissive and disappointing, particularly given the impact on our wellbeing. Regrettably, we would not return to this property and cannot recommend it to others. At €200 per night, we found the accommodation to be overpriced relative to the quality and experience provided.
