Friendly staff - lovely breakfast

Location, front desk helper was super nice (Lara)

The room was very small, noisy as expected, AC needed to be vented outside, and wooden shutters were dirty..

The staff, the facilities, the super awesome common room and all of the bars located and owned by the same vibe.

Car alarm, but that's not their fault and noise canceling headphones did the trick.

Clean place, small rooms but it's to be expected. Very comfortable beds

It can get noisy during the night because of the position of the location.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It is well located in a noisy bustling setting.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is wonderful. Laura is the best. So sweet and funny

Top floor and warm

Great location, noisy but we were warned about that.

Our room on the top floor was very warm, there was a free standing air con unit which was useless as the extractor pipe just blew hot air back into the room. Very uncomfortable to sleep but we put up with it for 2 days. It was very warm weather so maybe ok when cooler.

The room was really big and very clean and comfortable, reception staff were lovely and helpful, the location was perfect as busy with people eating in restaurant s etc , breakfast served in the building next door was lovely and i felt very safe and secure as a solo traveller attending a concert in Dublin.

I couldn’t find any bbc chat on the tv in room ,( just a minor complaint)

Great location for shopping and socialising. Bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and clean.

Room was very hot. The fan in the bedroom provided some relief with cold air for a few minutes only.

Central, clean with friendly staff

The room was very warm with no opening windows.

Very central. Our room at the back however was surprisingly quiet. Fabulous breakfast at the sister cafe downstairs

Broken loo seat

Very central, clean and comfortable. The room was great for the price I would stay again for sure.

Bed was super comfy Rooms although old as its an old building we're clean and bright Shower pressure was good Breakfast was amazing 👏

It is noisy which they tell you about when your booking, our room was over looking the smoking area of the no name bar. Didn't bother us we were gone to Oasis Hotel is definitely for people who are going out out

Fabulous stay in heart of Stephen Green Was there on Tuesday night 4nmins walk to theatre

Fab location, easy walking around a buzzy area of Dublin.

It was a little stuffy but actually there was a cooler fan but we didn’t get it to work. No fault of the premises. Obvs it is busy part of city so it’s buzzy early morning.

It was very clean and the rooms were more spacious than we expected

As mentioned it can be a bit loud outside but we knew to expect that. But this would be the only downside of the property

Location was perfect, staff were friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

No curtains on window so room was bright all night with light from other buildings, surely blackout blinds could be hung up. The room had the smallest bathroom i have ever seen in a hotel, basically the size of a large wardrobe, ridiculous.
