It was a room for the night and it met all of our expectations. A place to lay your head and a shower the next day. Friendly and lovely pub downstairs.

As the pub is downstairs, it does get a bit noisy at night. The floor boards are a little creaky. If you walk heavily, you might hear lots of creaking. The lights at the head of the bed aren't working.

The host was very very friendly. I've booked a single room and he upgraded me to a double room. So very kind of him to do so. I had to get up early in the morning to catch my flight. I did get a good rest the night prior using the ear plugs and wasn't too bothered by the party downstairs in the pub. The toilet/shower was also spacious so you don't feel like you are squeezed in a tiny bathroom. The bus stop to the airport is right in front of the hotel. Just check out and wait for the bus if you don't have a lot of luggage with you.

Check-in procedure could have been clearer. Music was loud, but we appreciated the ear plugs. The hotel website made the location above a pub clear but that was less clear on the Booking page.

Clean and comfortable. Close to bus stops, although also easy walking to city center. Breakfast was extra, but quite tasty and plentiful. Staff was super nice!

I had no complaints.

The room was spacious, clean, nice facilities and a comfortable bed. There was music in the pub that evening but I was not disturbed . The breakfast in the morning was beautifully cooked and plenty of it. They also had vegetarian options . Amazing helpful and friendly staff and I would stay again.

Saturday evening the music from the pub was very loud. If you want to sleep early on Saturday evening you might have some troubles. But they provide earplugs

Was somewhat taken aback when asked to pay for breakfast! Given thatI booked under the description of B&B I felt entitled to assume breakfast was included. At no stage was I informed otherwise.

The room was so cold when we arrived, and the heater didn't work the entire night. It was freezing. They handed out a manual heater but it was too small for one night and blankets were not enough. The room was very clean, except for the toilet that was not entire properly cleaned from previous usage.

The room was very tidy, and clean. The personnel were very kind from the very beginning. You had everything you need for a night and the bar/restaurant just right downstairs. Even the restaurant was closed when we arrived, they kindly gave us options to find a meal near the place. I will recommend and come back, with previous contact to solve the issue mentioned below

Little noisy due to the pub downstairs and party going on till 2am but earplugs were provided.

Good tiny, clean room with kettle and coffee. Close to the city centre. For two was the same price as for hostel.

The noise from the bar / live band playing downstairs but they have earplugs at the room, so it is nice that they thought about guests who would like to sleep.

Lovely lively bar with good quality pints. The room was no 5 star and we weren’t expecting one. We were up in Dublin for the Rugby and we wanted a cheap room with a bed and a shower and that’s what we got. The room was small, but we fitted in fine. Staff were friendly and attentive. The manager Leroy offered us a free coffee on departure. We decided to stay and have the full breakfast which was as good as you will get anywhere. This is not a 4 star or 5 star hotel. This is a b& b over a pub so this is what you are paying for.
