Over all good no issues

Only thing I did not like was it’s advertised as BB and there no breakfast provided in the price I paid I would recommend you advertise as room only

The room was too small and every thing was tinny

The place is clean, the staff are amazing

Location was great for our very short stay. We had dinner there and it was above average.

Good value for expensive Dublin. Easy walk or bus into city center. Easy to and from airport by Uber or taxi or bus.

Very noisy. Band in bar and traffic noise through the night. It didn't bother me but it might bother you.

Room was very hot and loud music

It was a room for the night and it met all of our expectations. A place to lay your head and a shower the next day. Friendly and lovely pub downstairs.

This is definitely not a 5 star establishment. It's a pub with b&b. That said, it is spotless, excellent location, very very well run, by professional caring staff. Breakfast, paid separately, is fine and well done worth the cost. Facilities in room apart, this is a first rate budget accommodation. I just want to say a big thank you to Leroy and staff.

Nothing really. This is a budget accommodation. But has everything you will need.

The host was very very friendly. I've booked a single room and he upgraded me to a double room. So very kind of him to do so. I had to get up early in the morning to catch my flight. I did get a good rest the night prior using the ear plugs and wasn't too bothered by the party downstairs in the pub. The toilet/shower was also spacious so you don't feel like you are squeezed in a tiny bathroom. The bus stop to the airport is right in front of the hotel. Just check out and wait for the bus if you don't have a lot of luggage with you.

As the pub is downstairs, it does get a bit noisy at night. The floor boards are a little creaky. If you walk heavily, you might hear lots of creaking. The lights at the head of the bed aren't working.

One night stay

Location was very central and the staff were very nice. Great breakfast

Very noise even with the ear plugs provided in the bedroom. There is a night club in the bar so it’s exceptionally noisy. There was no switch for the lights in the bedroom, just the night lights over the bed, and no lights at all in the bathroom so in the evening we had to use the lights on our phone to get around. Scoured the room for light switches as there were lights in both the bathroom and bedroom but just no way to turn them on.

The staff were excellent, especially young Jack who was a great character, I certainly enjoyed the night there ,I will be back at some stage
