Orla’s place was perfect for our weekend cycling the Waterford greenway. The house is 2 minutes from the greenway, the room was very comfortable and Orla is fantastic host. We would highly recommend this guesthouse.

The bathtub was a welcome surprise, my daughter was so excited to get a nice bath instead of a shower. The sitting room was well appointed and quite welcoming.

I didn’t realise that the switch for the shower was outside the door. The room was upstairs which might not suit an older person. The rooms are not on suite but 2 bathrooms with toilets are close to rooms.

The breakfast was self service but cereals etc were provided. There was a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle. TV with Netflix.

Really enjoyed the stay, Orla the host was very kind and accommodating. The place was spotless, enjoyed a loved bath at the end of each night. There were variety of snacks, great choice of breakfast serials, bread, milk, tea in the dining room.

Nothing to dislike there!

Everything is well thought, filled with kind intentions. Very very comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, cosy shared area filled with treats from Orla, the owner... I've been to manu hostels, b&b and hotels in Ireland : this one is easily in the top 3. Simply amazing

I liked being in a small village and having a local pub experience.

Orla. She is a súper duper hostess and doesn’t even know it. It was a pleasure to meet her and her budding historian son Cailin (hope spelling is right). They are salt of the earth, and have not lost their flavour. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodation was very clean and at a an affordable price. Even though we booked a bedroom there was a living area where you have something to eat and leave snacks in the fridge. The room we booked was the very comfortable and the host was very nice and helpful.

The host Orla was lovely and helpful. Everything was laid on, and well kept, clean andperfect. Even carparking was easy. Its in the perfect spot to explore this lovely little town, we loved it

Main hallway had a doggy smell throughout, however the bedrooms & bathrooms were spotless and dog smell free so this didn't bother me too much. I am adverse to animals indoors I must add & there was no dog visible indoors during our stay.

Host suplied lots of treats as well as continental breakfast . Had use of own kitchen area including fridge & microwave Beds were very comfortable Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and plentiful supplies of everything needed

Very friendly welcome from Orla. the guesthouse if very clean and tidy, bathrooms spacious and room comfortable. Dining room which is well stock for making a cuppa or breakfast.

Comfy bed. Location close to greenaway.I liked that there was plenty of water, fruit, snacks, coffee and tea available no extra charge. Very clean,. Host was friendly and welcoming

There's not anything in particular because i nust needed a bed and was leaving early at 5am to go to Coumshingaun lake. While the bathroom and shower room are common to guests this wasn't an issue for me because it's in the property description, so i knew in advance.

Orla is very accommodating and prompt to respond to queries. She also gives local tips. There is a good selection of bread, teas, fruit in the common eating area and bottled water in the fridge, a few sweet treats to go with a cup of tea as well. The information on facilities is accurate. There is a couch and TV with Netflix next to the eating area (i was just taying overnight to go to the nearby lake early the next morning so i didn't need TV) Free on street parking (i was able to park in front of the door).
