Ordered food was a long delay for mains and dessert but it was a Sunday afternoon and very busy. But worth the wait ....

Room was too warm but fine once window was open all night.

Every interaction with staff was a positive one. They were all incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. It really made the difference. Well done to the team. Hot breakfast was served rather than being a buffet which was nice.

The toilet was difficult to get ip from, could have done with a hand rail on the wall to help. Also the heat in the room was alot, we did get a fan but it was still very very warm.

I liked the Facilities for people like myself who walked with a stick. The walk in shower helped alot also.

The noise coming from thje wedding went on late into the early morning and disturbed our sleep.

The room was spacious and the tea and coffee facilities were great.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise from the room doors on the 4th floor. They tend to close with a rather loud sound, and on a few occasions this disturbed my sleep when other guests entered or left their rooms.

The hotel was very clean. Room was very clean ,very comfortable . Beds comfortable ,would have liked a fridge if staying longer . Spa area, pool ,and gym excellent .location excellent.

Felt rooms quality not as good as rest of hotel, small improvements e.g. no glasses in bathroom for washing teeth or for water in the room. Lighting in the bathroom was very dark Had to send my dinner back as it was luke warm, staff were very apologetic & chef did cook a fresh meal but rest of party were finished when it arrived

Location- close to city, could walk if you wanted. Staff were very friendly Family room was spacious Had requested a fan for the room and another bed- they were provided without having to ask twice Breakfast was good- usual choices

The doors are very, very loud. Anytime someone left their rooms down the hall, it woke us up.

When you were eating in the bar . The people outside smoking they could have been in the bar you could still get the smell of smoke.

Our room smelled of smoke when we arrived and I thought housekeeping should have aired the room better. Some improvements could be made to the breakfast. The continental breakfast has a limited offering and the hot breakfast was served to the table which is a nice touch, however, although the full Irish breakfast was lovely the scrambled eggs were not! Ask for poached eggs and bacon instead! Pancakes available for kids which were lovely.

The pool is large with a good size swimming lane and a separate kids pool to keep small kids entertained. Ample parking available including EV charging. Food and service in the bar were excellent. The Reception area was very welcoming and a swift check in and check out. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous.

No air conditioning (31 degrees) Curtains not blackout - room still had light coming through when cl- I appreciate this is normal but difficult when trying to get an 18mth old to go to sleep and stay asleep.

Very clean, lovely staff on reception, free parking was a bonus. Swimming pool was fantastic and clean.

No fridge in room. No glasses to store toothbrushes in bathroom.

Hotel short walk from city centre. Beautiful reception area. Very nice bar and breakfast room. Very nice staff. Spa on site. Room adequate. Good range of TV channels. Good tea/coffee making facilities. Cartons of water.

Modern hotel grafted onto old section means current quality and cleanliness. Large rooms, comfy beds with great sheets. Good breakfast if not a little limited.
