I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel

My self and my friends split around despite booking was done together and mentioned needed rooms together during the booking

Comfortable stay and good facilities eg pool

Couple of cooked breakfast items were not replenished

Staff were very helpful, beautiful hotel, clean and very comfortable.

The children’s facilities were great!

Standard rooms should accommodate a family of four with young children rather than having to book a suite which is perhaps more suitable for families with older children.

Nothing to mention really, other than a limited vegetarian selection on menus.

Room was too small for a family with a cot and pram, hardly any room left. Room was outdated and not as per the pictures on booking.com.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice restauarant, lots of breakfast options. Firendly staff. Live music.

The hotel is truly massive, I have never stayed in such a large hotel, so it can be a bit of a maze to get to you room from reception/restaurant. Car park is big, but you can be several minutes walk from the reception. My teenage children couldnt swim at times that would suit us as it is adult only.

Girl on the desk was rude when checking in and out. All other staff members very nice and accommodating

Great variety for breakfast, plenty to choose from, would definitely meet most peoples preferences.. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere..All staff seemed nice. Especially Aoife who was on breakfast, she was so kind and helpful and friendly.

The coffee::) it was a little cold the few times I did get it from the machine, but a minor issue, with everything else being so positive.

Room was nice, good shower and bathroom. Nice comfy bed. Location was great, good amount of parking.

Breakfast. Absolute shambles. Complete carnage when fully booked, incapable of catering for the volume of guests. Didn't even get a breakfast as there was nothing left, kids running wild, cutlery dirty, cups dirty, juice glasses warm. Plates scalding to touch. Honestly should have asked for a refund. Room was very hot and no air con which is fine but had one small window with a restrictor on it so couldn't open fully. Room was very expensive as hotel was fully booked and honestly wasn't worth half of what I paid.
