Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomOur room was very hot, no air conditioning. Luckily there was a fan in our room. It took a good 5 minutes for hot water to come through to the shower in the morning. It might just be that the room was on the top floor.
Pleasant period decoration throughout hotel. Private car park for guests. Friendly helpful staff, especially on reception. The restaurant was full but were happy to make enquiries about local eateries for us. Lovely outside area for residents to sit and have a drink with views over the harbour. Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Lovely en suite with good range of toiletries. Nice coffee maker and snacks provided.

New ZealandThe room was on the 5th floor, could barely open the window, the room was a "hot box", no way of cooling it down. A fan was provided but it did not help, it just moved the hot air around. The continental breakfast, for 14 euros was poor. No mixed fruit to go with cereal, and no toast, a bit stingy I thought!
Very handy location to the waterfront, an easy journey to the city.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely location. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The restaurant is a real treat. Delicious, seasonal food, prepared with thought and care. Breakfast the next day had the same effort.

Our room was nice and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Over all a very pleasant experience.
