United StatesWe struggled to find the location based upon the map from Booking.com. And I wasn’t able to access the online check in. It required a phone call and staff to meet us at the building. It looks as if they are still under construction and will be beautiful when completed; however, there were many details that were not completed. The outlet by the bed wasn’t fully attached to the wall, the toilet seat wasn’t secured, the open shower left quite a bit of water on the rest of the bathroom floor from overspray and some areas of Sheetrock/paint needed to be finished. Considering these unfinished items I thought I was slightly overpriced. But to end on a positive, it was so quiet and the bed was excellent, we had a very restful night.
The room and facilities were exceptionally quiet. The furnishings were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and all amenities were available. It was really a very beautiful room.

IrelandI had booked the suite with a sauna but it had been double booked. Staff were very apologetic and refunded the amount owed and a gift voucher. Downstairs has still not been finished but it will be lovely when finished.
The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The mini fridge is a lovely touch. Great location and very friendly staff. No staff in the actual building but across the road.

IrelandThe location on Apple Maps is incorrect - directing to the crossroads on the other side of the bridge. Owners should contact Apple. I had to phone for directions when I couldn't find it.
The Townhouse appears to have renovations underway but it was perfectly clean and tidy. Although breakfast is not available there are a number of good cafés within walking distance. The young lady who walked us from the bar where we checked in to the room was very friendly.

IrelandThere could have been a card in the room outlining the procedure for use of the Sauna, which we didn't use. We found lovely places to eat, thankfully, of our own accord. A point worth mentioning, 1 person we got talking to enquired where we were staying, when we said ' Magmell townhouse ' they said 'Ohhh, are you staying in the room with the Sauna ?' We said 'No', which made us think the Sauna was only for people who were staying in THAT room. There were a few things we were uncertain about, what we could / couldn't take/ do, ie The wine? Anything in the Kitchen? Could we take a walk in the garden? We would've liked to know some history behind the house, what it was, the plans for the future etc, anyway we saw a review online complimenting the complementary bar so that's how we felt we could use the wine, thanks for that, we didn't use the coffee machine, as no fresh milk. A party of 11/12 people were left off across the road on Saturday ir Sunday night, I'm a heavy sleeper, but I woke with their 'Chattering' the time was after 3am and went on until around 4am or 4.30. No singing or arguing from them but they enjoyed discussing their evening. This was a birthday gift from family, I honestly thought the price was a bit steep for what's on offer. I don't think towels need to be changed EVERY day, just thinking of the environment. Hope you take these points into consideration

United KingdomThe place could have done with some towel rails, we were hanging out towels on coat hangers and hooking them over door handles. The temperature controls weren't too easy to work out. And while there was a nice little coffee pod machine complete with complementary pods, there was no kettle and no tea bags. I know that sounds like a petty complaint (why can't I have MORE???!!!), but my partner doesn't drink coffee, only tea without milk (or camomile) in the evenings, and she could only get hot water from the coffee machine - and all she could taste was coffee (the hot water came from the same tubes as the coffee would have come out of). So really, it was a nice place, but please put in a couple of towel rails, and please could you include a kettle for those people who don't drink coffee? Thanks.
Lovely place, very comfortable, nice friendly people. What a shower room! A nice welcome surprise of complementary wine, crisps, and chocolate in the fridge area. The townhouse wasn't quite finished when we stayed there, so we didn't get to sample the delights of the downstairs area; but I could tell it was going to be lovely. Nice view over the garden / allotment too.

IrelandThat there was no one on premises after arrival with Key as travellers may be stressed after long trip. Also room had no local TV Stations, while online networks have their attraction for mainly young people it is important to have local TV networks as well to suit everyone who visit. Main House maybe better lighting on stairs. Expensive for one person.
I liked the personal attention to detail like a cooler for drinks and personal touch to welcome guests. Very clean and comfortable in room, bathroom etc. nice and quiet which is very important to guests. Staff all very helpful and obliging at all times so that was very much appreciated.

Right in downtown Baltinglass, ideal place to stay after hiking in the local hills, Although the premises are not fully complete the rooms are finished to a good standard, we book the suite which was great value.
