It was slightly frustrating that, with a room on the 4th floor, there was no way of ensuring a lift summoned from the ground floor lobby would be able to get there. On one occasion I had to go to the third and walk up. There needs to be a way of ensuring that a lift summoned from reception will go to the floor the guest needs

The room was up to expectations, all very clean and well-provided. I felt a nice rapport developing with reception and restaurant staff. Dinner (the Boeuf Stroganoff) was very nice. I was pleased that you have two EV charger points in the basement car park but it was frustrating to sign up for yet another app to start a charge. For the future, as the number of guests with EVs grows it would be better customer service to just provide 13A sockets in a row of bays as most EV drivers have the equipment to plug in that way. A 13A socket only charges at 2.2kW so an overnight charge would cost you at most 24kWh of electricity, which is trivial for hassle free hospitality. It's a lot less fuss than putting in chargers like EasyGo.

Too many emails from the booking website and the hotel itself... about facilities, options, checking in/out. I was offered breakfast options at a surcharge, but my deal already included breakfast. Be careful!

Our bedroom could do a bit of the improvement. There is a lack of Electrics sockets in the bedroom. - there is only double electrical socket on one site of the bed. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. You can’t even charge your phone close to you. We needed to be awake about 4.30 am on Sunday morning to get ready for our morning flight. Our alarm was going on for a while but none of of us wanted to get up and walk to switch off the phone that was close to the TV due to lack of plugs by the bed. For sure we have woken up our neighbours! As additional, there is only one double socket in the room by the desk. For a king size bedroom that is simply not enough. We had two phones and two laptops that needed to be charge but there was just not enough working sockets. The curtain shower rail is very lose in the bathroom and might come off very soon.

Overall we had a very good stay. Hotel staff is supper friendly and very helpful. Reception gentlemen really went an extra mile during our check in to help out. Breakfast buffet was good.

The room was very good and clean. Facilities are the same as in description (e.g. a little fridge, a kettle, a hair dryer). The hotel is near shopping area. Location is good enough. The distance to the city center is 2 kilometers (20-30 minutes walk).

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a little fridge and a kettle, which were very useful. The hotel is not too far from the city center (25 mins on foot), so you can visit the most emblematic places walking. It was a very nice stay! :)

The shower floor is vert slippery. I slipped at least ten times while I was taking my shower. My wife has a hip replacement and I had to lay down the bath towel mat inside the shower floor so she would not slip. You need to supply a suction rubber mat.
