Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and always ready to help. They gave us tips for our trip and always greeted us with a smile. The gentleman there when we arrived helped me through the check in process and was so lovely and chatty. The vibe in the hotel was lovely, everyone was very friendly and it was really sociable. I mentioned we were staying as a surprise for my partners birthday and when we entered the room we found a piece of cake with a happy birthday message which made the stay more special. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable with cool features such as a built in speaker through the room and bathroom. It was very central and perfect for exploring Dublin. There are ice machines in the corridors (genius) and the hotel has a restaurant and bar (didn’t check these out this time but they looked lovely). The hotel also had a free Photo Booth, a gym and a coffee van. The hotel also offers a free bag drop so we could safely leave our bags whilst we went exploring which was perfect as we were only staying one night and had plenty to do and see. My only complaint is that we didn’t get more time here. We were so impressed we have recommended it to everyone we know. We will definitely be back, a lovely friendly hotel right in the centre of a beautiful city. They made our trip even more special.

We came down for breakfast just before 11 and there was nothing left…. The last time I visited the hotel the breakfast was very good but this time I was very disappointed.

We asked for our 2 rooms to be close to other but we could not do that. It was not a big deal so I don't think this is a total negative in my opinion.

Great location to the city center. We had a great time exploring the city and using our hotel as a base point. The staff were great and very helpful. We tried to get rooms close by but that was not available.

The room was small and the layout with the walls surrounding the bed on three sides not really easy to access also the room had no wardrobe. However having said that the functionality of the room was good electrical sockets in the right places and very efficient lighting. The bathroom small but very clean and functional

Food in the hotel bar was good, staff were pleasant. The hotel in general was very comfortable, the foyer was spacious and a good location for having a meeting

The room “Cozy King” was a surprise. The bed was wall to wall and we had to crawl back to get to front of bed. Small room barely enough to turn around.

We paid €30 for late check at 2pm out due to our flight being in the evening, considering it was plastered on every poster on the place, it’s fair to say that it’s a common thing at this hotel. Yet despite this, the cleaners hadn’t been informed, so we were woken up to loud knocks at the door and the sound of the door opening and catching on the chain at 11:30am, midday & 1:20pm. Quite disappointing the message hadn’t reached them as we intended to sleep as late as possible with long travel plans in the evening and night, and after this was impossible to sleep. Wouldn’t bother paying for this again.

Great location, fair value for the location and similar pricing in the area for a 4* hotel. Check in was easy and self led with support offered where required. Room was basic and comfortable, exactly as expected.
