Good breakfast, friendly staff

There was a lot of stuff not working properly. Automatic doors on entrance not working. TV has bad reception and boring TV stations, pool was cold on first day including the hot tub. People were noisy in the hall at night. Staff were busy - reception phone often not answered. First hotel I've stayed in with no fridge!

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Had to pay extra for the better things which is a little weird but good that they are available. Staff were friendly. It was okay but a little weird like they have just started running the hotel or something.

Bed was too hard. Toilet creaked when i sat on it which was concerning. Staff service in bar was not great. Several young male barstaff ignored us trying to order.

Noise from overhead late at night and again in the early morning.

Convenient Location. Spacious Parling. Warm welcome from Receptionist and the Dining staff were extremely friendly and efficient.

Staff in the bar serving food were very lack and not very organised. We ordered soup we got no bread or spoons had to alert staff then we got bread and spoons but no butter. Bar itself not very clean chairs and floor not clean.

Breakfast and food in the bar was good. Morning staff at Breakfast were friendly and very helpful.

Would have liked a bath in the bathroom instead of a shower. TV in the room didn't work but no big deal. Could do with a small bit of updating with the interiors of the room. I think they have got full value out of it for now.. Lol.

Very easy to find. Good parking. Nice bright hotel. The staff are really professional and super friendly and helpful. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.

There was no air conditioning and the only way to air the room was to open the window which in the ground floor was security restricted so it was very warm at night.

The accessibility features and rooms were very good for my disabled father and very good size rooms for me and my two kids. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Brilliant location. Family friendly.

One minor point was that when we sat in the foyer to have a drink that evening, we noticed several tables had not been cleared for at least 2-3 hours despite there appearing to be plenty of staff on duty.

We enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The leisure centre looked great and we were sorry we did not get a chance to use the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Dead bug on bathroom floor as well as pubic hairs (see photo 1) Crack in bathroom sink (photo 2 Went for dinner in restaurant and waitress tried to bring our mains before we had finished starters As soon as she took our plates away the mains arrived ( 2 fish & chips) which were disgusting. Looked like the meals had been sitting in kitchen for 10 mins. Did not eat (photo 3)

It’s was a lovely hotel and with very friendly staff. The facilities were good especially having use to the pool for the kids.

Great location, great entertainment in the hotel and rooms were very big. They also had everything that you need.

Check in was a little bit slow but that may have just been the time we arrived at.

Very friendly waitress at dinner. The food was delicious and they easily accommodated a few changes we asked for e.g. garlic bread instead of chips for one of the kids. The kids loved the pool and there were plenty of towels to use. Complimentary water and fruit in the reception area was also a nice touch.
