Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The menu could have been a little more adventurous, with not that much choice but really, I'm nit-picking. It was perfectly adequate and reasonable value for money. The view out the window was just a roof top and the windows of other rooms but I wasn't expecting herds of wildebeast sweeping majestically across the plain, so no complaints really.
I was particularly impressed with the new, and stylish, bathroom. The breakfast was very nice but nothing fancy. The staff were very helpful although one of the beds wasn't re-made while we were out. Also, there were three of us in a family room but on the second morning we only got towels for two, No big hassle though. When we arrived the main light didn't work but this was remedied very quickly with apologies.

The room was facing the street and very noisy. Internet was in and out.

I would like Local beers on tap.
When I walked in the first person I met was Agnelo. He was the epitomy of Professionalism. Courteous, polite and efficient. He truly is an outstanding asset to this Hotel. Dinner was excellent as was the breakfast. Secure parking a big plus too.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and noisy. You could hear when the neighbours showered or flushed. I was not happy that some of the waiters in the restaurant did more work than the others, they stood around pretending to work. And still forgot about our order.
The thing I liked the most was the show. Whe water pressure was unreal. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Some of the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Be careful to make sure breakfast included. No USB sockets in bedrooms.
Friendly welcoming staff, bathroom refurbishment very good, great choice for breakfast. Great location in Tubbercurry as supermarkets and wine shops, bars, coffee shop all within 2/3 mins walking distance.

The downstairs bathroom facilities need a bit of attention to bring them up to standard of the rest of the hotel.
Hotel is good value for money. The bedroom was a large size and suitably clean. Food is very good quality and of a high standard. Breakfast is recommended. Staff are very pleasant and most helpful. Hotel comes with plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel and is easily accessible from the main high street. I would stay here again. Hotel was full of locals on Saturday and Sunday nights always a good sign.

The manager was unfriendly and gruff with guests and staff..
The free parking was great! The restaurant was good with friendly helpful staff. The beds were ok and the shower was hot. Music at night was really special.

Unreasonably late check in 4pm. We arrived at 2.40pm and was informed check in not until 4pm. Has to be the smallest check in desk in Ireland!
Good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant staff
