Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandOnly one chair in the room for relaxing in the evening time. Ok if there is only 1 person staying in the room.
Beautiful warm, clean house with great attention to detail. Amazing kitchen facilities if you wanted to cook or just have your food on plates and not eat in the bedroom. This was my 2nd stay here and Cornelia was great facilitating late check-ins on both occasions. The extra nibbles is such a kind gesture and deserves a mention.

RomaniaWe had a very pleasant stay at Cornelia’s place! She is a warm, attentive, and responsive host who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped — exactly what we were looking for. The area is very quiet, yet close to everything you might need: shops, restaurants, and other amenities are all within walking distance. The airport is just 15–20 minutes away by car, which was a big plus for us. The window overlooks a beautiful green park, offering a perfect setting for relaxation. Since the building has a traditional wooden structure, you might occasionally hear some footsteps from upstairs, but it didn’t bother us too much. We truly recommend this accommodation and thank Cornelia once again for everything!

Everything was super. Cornelia deserves more than a 5-star review. Available and careful, I really recommend her. The place is nice and well-cared.

United StatesClaudia was so kind and exceeded my expectations. When I booked I expected a space just to sleep around my Dublin adventures, but found an environment that was cozy and safe and made me feel at home! She was a superb host with very clean spaces and helpful for any needs. I expected to cross paths with other guests or need to wait for restroom usage, but that wasn't the case at all. I barely noticed it was a shared space!

IrelandIt was very disappointing that the bathroom on the same floor was locked and not available to use. At night time, I had to go downstairs to use these facilities and to use the shower in the morning/night. There was no table to use the laptop. The room could really benefit with a small table, even a folding table. Not having a bedside locker was a bit awkward as the 2 beds were up against the wall with a wardrobe between them.
The room and the premises in general was spotless. Checking in and out was very easy. The room was warm at all times day and night. The mini bar was very much appreciated. The kitchen has great facilities for using. Location was good for me.

RomaniaThe distance from Dublin city centre (45-50 min with bus), no coffe machine/moka pot. Everytihing else was very nice.
Exceptionally clean accomodation, nice room, with mini fridge filled with beers and snacks (on the house), complementary coffe (instant), the host is helpful and friendly, patio available and shared kitchen with appliances. Also really nice neighbourhood.

United KingdomI didn’t find anything to not like. I do have some suggestions though—blackout linings or blinds would improve the darkness at night. A better mirror in the room.
The property was scrupulously clean. Better than most of the 5* hotels I have stayed in. It is in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Dublin. the room had a fridge, which had complimentary drinks and chocolate.A lovely touch. The bedding and towels were excellent quality, white, and fragrance free. There was a great Lidl close by — also impressively spacious and clean. I slept very well here. Safe parking.

Puerto RicoWow! Hidden gem in Tyrrelstown! Super clean, very comfortable beds, have a kitchen with everything you need. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy. 34 minutes in car to the City center but..... the bus stop # 7097 is 4 minutes walking and you take the bus 40D and takes you directly to the City Center.

MexicoEverything was fine
Definitely, the attention's anfitrions was the best. To be I'm touch with me all the time to make sure everything was good. They offer help to get to the city center and also to get to the airport. Dublin's gorgeous but with it's weather the things could turn out tiredly so the room was perfect to this situation as was extremely warm and comfortable. See you soon.
