Not applicable, there was nothing to dislike, I have to apologise to Catherine because my previous review was on display but I made an error and posted a view for another place near a golf course, so if anyone saw that please ignore it.

Delicious breakfast, with starter and main, and the additional offer of homemade blueberry pancakes from our wonderful host Catherine. I wish our appetites had been bigger! We were also given a delicious berry crumble with ice-cream and tea and coffee on arrival. Gourmet style food and the warmest of welcomes in beautiful surroundings

This B&B is on the outskirts of Dungarvan in a quiet housing area, but the town is easily accessible with plenty of parking. We were welcomed by our very friendly & accommodating host who showed us to our room & invited us for homemade rhubarb crumble & ice-cream - delicious! The house was beautifully decorated, with tasteful art & ornaments. Our room was lovely...well decorated, clean & comfortable, with a great en-suite shower room. Breakfast the following morning was excellent...so much on offer...and so many choices. Our host certainly took hosting seriously. We certainly didn't need lunch that day! All-in-all a perfect place to stay.

Cathrine is the perfect host! You can see the love and passion she puts into her B&B in every corner. Everything is super clean and organised and if you have any questions Cathrine is always there to help. Another highlight was “three course” breakfast which was exceptional. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay in Dungarvan, this is the perfect B&B!

So much more than a B&B...10☆ Catherine is the most wonderful host, from the warm welcome, her homemade rhubarb crumble & ice cream on arrival was only fantastic. Her home is so tastefully decorated, beautiful art & plants, with attention to detail . Our bedroom was bright, airy nd immaculate, gorgeous big unsuite fluffy towels, great toiletries. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable, warm, super quality bedding nd the best nights sleep ever. Catherine 3 course breakfast was to die for, she's an amazing chef, loved the lemon curd with fresh fruit nd yogurt, to her delicious omelette, so tasty nd well presented, then her blueberry pancakes. What a treat, we were spoilt rotten. Catherine, u have the BEST B&B in ireland. Thank u for a wonderful stay, we really appreciate how well u looked after us at ur beautiful home.

The B&B is beautifully decoratd, the bed was very comfortable and the host made us feel extremely welcomed. The highlight of the stay was the food, absolutely delicious! Lovely walk from the BnB into town and it's close to everything in Dungarvan.

Couldn't fault it!

Imagine your ideal B&B and then add some touches that you hadn't even thought of, and you've got No 12! It's sparkling clean and very comfortable, obviously. The house and rooms are light, airy and tastefully decorated. Unlike some B&Bs, our room was spacious enough to provide hanging and drawer space, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. There was fresh milk, bottled water and even a few chocolates on the in-room tea tray. Catherine is an amazing host. She's a trained chef and also had a career in tourism, so she knows a thing or two about hospitality. Her welcome was genuinely friendly and, from the afternoon treats she offers on arrival to the amazing three-course breakfast, Catherine's home-made food is well above the standard B&B fare. Dungarvan is a lovely little seaside town, where you can while away your time in one of the many quay-side bars or restaurants. If you do find yourself there, make sure you stay at No 12, you won't be disappointed!

This B&B was exceptional. Catherine was very welcoming, had the room in immaculate condition, and went beyond expectations. We were greeted with rhubarb crumble and ice cream on arrival, the room had everything you could need - water, tea/coffee facilities, storage, beautiful en suite and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, 3 courses! The level of detail Catherine goes to is amazing, and we were delighted with our stay

We liked everything about the property.

The room was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, including toiletries. There was a bottle of wine in the room for us and chocolate biscuits. The breakfast was freshly made each morning and was exceptionally good. The host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. There was parking at the front.

Everything was perfect!

Catherine is an amazing host and her home is cozy and inviting. She is very knowledgeable about the area and a wealth of information in general. I highly recommend seeking her advice on local area eating establishments and touring suggestions.The B&B location is in a quiet residential neighborhood only a short walk into town. Parking is directly out front. We were treated to a special arrival surprise of a hot berry crumble with icecream tea and coffee. Another little arrival surprise was in our bedroom too. Breakfast is a gourmet experience that I've never seen anywhere in my travels. Catherine's home is spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, and lovely ensuite bathrooms. Dungarvan is a nice location to base yourself for 2 to 3 days with many hiking trails and the Waterford Greenway Biking Trail (highly recommended). If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay with Catherine, please take it.
