Maintenance of the apartments is very poor , the two bathrooms one on each floor the door handles was falling off , my husband used the downstairs loo and got locked in it when he tried to come out the inside handle came off lucky I was outside and could push the bar in , I also heard someone else had a problem with the upstairs bathroom door , surely they should have regular maintenance

Rooms were okay. A lot of noise outside (idling buses and trucks) and noisy pipes in upstairs room. Tiny bathroom sink was unusable because of shelf above it.

The facilities could do with some maintenance (the doors stick so much the handle almost popped out when we were trying to close the door, etc). Also better instructions regarding the private car parking facilities should be provided before arrival.

The room was clean and very well placed in the middle of Donegal Town. It was surprisingly quiet from external noise, so the soundproofing through the windows is very good.

WiFi didn't stretch too far to our room upstairs, can hear traffic round diamond with window open, booked room with private bathroom got shared ok for one night we were staying.

Having to go through the bat at night as it was busy, and staff behind the bar didn’t really know much about the situation with the rooms. Like how do we get out if bar was closed, how to do we get in if bar was closed, where to leave the keg when we left in the morning.

We liked the place and the location, parking is available behind the accommodation for just €2, bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean, including the toilet, even tough it was shared, as a negative I would say that walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours like we did, you will hear everything and probably find hard to rest specially if they were teenagers laughing and shouting, also, we couldn’t properly sleep as the fire alarm got activated in the middle of the night and it took over an hour to get it off

For 1 night it’s grand - a place to sleep . Bit Noisy- can hear everything in next room and doors closing. Toilet is across hall, all grand for the price and very clean. Staff on arrival v nice

Bar & restaurant was not available on the night we were there - only a hand written note on the door notifying of closure. Facilities were shared between 3 rooms however, downstairs bathroom wasnt working properly so all guests were using upstairs

Friendly staff, even though we had to wait for the room, the staff at the restaurant were lovely.

We had dinner coz we had to wait for the room to be ready at the restaurant. The food was lovely.

The stairs to the room. We didn't know we needed a coin to exit the car park and had to buy something at the cafe to get change.

The bar was very friendly and cosy. Excellent location. Parking was provided. The restaurant wasn't open but we were able to eat our takeaway pizza in the bar. We enjoyed our stay.
