overflowing recycling bins, restricted wifi available only in small portion of hostel. Very few saucepans for the number of people trying to cook. Waiting for someone to finish using one of the two saucepans available. A couple of frying pans, but again, not really sufficient. Guests often did not wash up or put away their dishes/cutlery, so maybe more reminders that this is what is expected in a hostel.

You had to limbo dance to get into the bathroom, no bathmat so floor was wet. Breakfast was very basic. Didn't bother us but check in between 5pm and 7pm and check out at 10am could put people off. No staff really around.

While the bathroom was new and modern with good shower pressure it was very hard to enter because it was small and space was limited so we had to squeeze ourselves around the door to get in. Not a biggie but worth mentioning.

No heating two out of the three nights. Signage for hot water said "run for 2-3 minutes", nearer 15-20 minutes. Shortage of breakfast items after first night, no eggs or bananas on 3rd night. Need to be in place for 8:30 as other starvos already there.

Showers in private room. Shower mixer didn’t work properly. Water either freezing cold or scorching hot. We’re told to use communal shower as alternative but the water temperature is preset on those and was too hot for child to use.

Lovely, clean and inside an activity center. Can book for a lot of activities for family. There's a lot of good restaurants close by. And the views are amazing. Wonderful staff. Perfect for families and groups.

Mattresses are very soft, to the extent both our backs were sore the next morning. Everyone wakes up early to go walking which there is nothing wrong with. However be aware the walls are very thin so if you are on the ground floor you can hear every step on the floor above.

Breakfast was very good and enjoyable with the great view of the lake. The check in was easy despite it being outside of the regular check in hours. The location was great and very scenic.

Well I had to climb a wooden staircase on the outside, to get to my room, I have arthritis all over my body, it was hurting, I asked the lady at reception to carry my luggage case, no problem there. It was late when I got there I went astray a couple of times, the Adventure center was on the way into the hostile, which I took, to be the Hostile, I ended up there looking for the keys as I got instructions about them, I was getting nowhere, when a young Man came along. after two hours, told me I was in the wrong place,

The big Dining room, with seating outside, the breakfast with Orange, apple,and cranberry juice, lovely cereals, with coffee and tea, and eggs available if you want them, there was a slot of wood work in the window sills, and Tablets, big sitting Room,and Games Room, very impressive,and the Kitchen was lovely,and I was free to make a Coffee or Tea during the day,

It’s incredibly beautiful here: misty Mountain View, chickens around, waterside access, beautiful clean and freshly done rooms that smell like sauna fragrance. 2 fireplaces ready to be turned on and Invite you for a cosy quiet night on the couches with a book.The kitchen is well equipped, the included breakfast rocked. The staff is incredibly friendly and gave good tips for sights around the area. This was honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at!
