The area was excellent, really quiet place, perfect for a good night of sleep, the room very clean, with a small refrigerator in case you need, the gave us water muffin , coffee, so it has more than i expected, recommended place, the caffe of the place near it was great, Ger was very nice with us.

Location! Lack of communication with host! No wifi code provided! Awful bed! Broken blind! I’ll fitting toilet seat! Would not recommend! Totally overpriced! Had to ask for milk and sugar for tea!

Ger was absolutely pleasant!! Communication was great, room was tidy clean, made for a comfortable stay. Coffee at the cafe next door was the best. Location was great, as we were attending Kingfisher Sports club

I have never written a review. But, I had to share my positive experience as this was outstanding. Lovely facilities and Ger was so helpful. The small coffee shop is beside the house was also a lovely addition. Great shower facilities and bed.

Absolute serene environment, perfect chilled out place if you looking for a budget quiet place out of city.

Room was comfortable and facilities and little extras were appreciated.

A TV would have been good to watch the sporting events taking place at the time when pubs weren't open.

We didn’t stay here. We had to find accommodation elsewhere late in the afternoon, due to the owner not responding until late.

Communication was poor throughout the whole booking process, no instructions were sent as to what to do for check in. We were told “you should have knocked” how are we to know the host lives up stairs? We waited for 10mins in the driveway after msging and calling with no response. We went into town for a few hours before deciding we had to find accommodation elsewhere as it was getting later in the afternoon. We lost our money on what seems to be quite and expensive stay looking at other reviews from this property. Communicate to guests in future with what to do when they arrive a few days before hand so they don’t end up like us.

It was in a good location

The bed was broken and mattress was not comfortable at all. We stayed on 24th Dec when everything was closed, wanted to boil water in the kettle but it had limescale. Luckily had enough fuel and Chose to travel back to Dublin instead and cancelled all our travel plans for the next day.

Great location & comfortable bed. Would stay here again. Good facilities in room. Thanks Ger

Very nice owner

Very nice and silent suburbs area; very comfortable and clean room; the owner is very kind. I would only suggest that adding a shower cabin would make the bathroom more comfortable.

Very good location close to the city centre. Ample parking provided. Set in a very quite open air location with greenery at your door step. Room was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful

The place is very nice, the neighborhood was quiet and calm. you can easily get to the city centre by bus. If you rent a car, there is no problem with parking. It was definitely a good idea to stay there

Everything was great

Clean and quiet, well priced for the city. Communication was clear and quick

Thin walls, creaky uncomfortable bed, squeaky floors, the bathroom was a combo toilet and shower wet area which was a bit odd (I totally get why they did it, but it did make the toilet wet). They did warn us about the dog, but it wasn't nice to be barked at whenever we came in. I think the place has potential, with a bit of investment and care it could be a more pleasant stay.
