Worst shower of our trip. Open shower with poor water pressure.

Nothing major but I was a solo traveller and some staff seemed confused by this to begin with which made me feel self conscious, especially when dining. On the whole though, a lovely experience.

Great facilities and friendly front of house staff

A few of the bits in the room were a bit tired. Bathroom didnt match the quality of the rest of the room or hotel. Hairdryer needed to be replaced and the soap was empty, staff sorted out hairdryer immediately though 😊 would have expected robe and slippers for the price and type of the hotel.

Very convenient location for the centre. Staff extremely friendly and some really great extras (sparkling water and ice tap in the corridor!!). The spa was really great, nice and quiet and lots of facilities to use

I feel like this hotel lacked soul and any sort of effort to go above and beyond, which I'd expect at this price point. The breakfast was completely self-serve, including beverages, and yet there always seemed to be a line for the one function they bothered to staff -- making sure you paid. The breakfast itself was pretty forgettable. The room needed an update. The plastics were badly yellowed. Front desk staff were completely missing when we went to find them. Later, they failed to relay a message about a booked driver waiting outside. Staff seemed wooden. Each of these is totally forgivable, but it seemed to be a pattern.

The rooms, beds specifically were comfortable. Everything was clean, lobby bathrooms worked. No checkin/checkout/keycard issues. Basic needs were taken care of. Like many hotels, the bathroom has moved to large bottles of products vs. disposables, but they use squeeze bottles which work remarkably well compared to pumps that always seem to have problems.

I thought this was pretty expensive for what it was but we had limited options for the time of year. There was also not enough staff in the bar restaurant/hotel. I’ve truly never seen service like it and I can’t fault the staff doing their best but management should consider hiring a few more people to cover the amount of guests and speed up wait times for drinks and dinner. Also Despite being perfectly nice rooms they gave my one of our party the only queen size room in the building and called it a King - the room itself was fine but feel like we couldn’t payed slightly less for a slightly smaller room.

The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable with quality facilities overall. It’s located in a quiet area that’s a short walk from downtown.

Staff seemed not to know much about services and especially the wait staff in the Copper Room. Service there was chaotic and choice and quality of food was not great. I had made an error in my booking and needed to extend the stay in one room by one night - when I asked staff the status of my request in some cases they were dismissive and not sympathetic to my needs. I did get the room as I checked just after someone had checked out early. In that case I was helped by a more senior more competent staff member.

spacious lobby that allowed our group to gather and chat. Variety of food at breakfast buffet.

The room 1.375 was too far away from main reception it took 10 mins up and down each time if you were elderly or found walking hard you would be in big trouble .Its the very last room at other side of main entrance thats what i was most dissapointed with .

Staff were lovely ,nice atmosphere ,lovely bed and food was lovely. It was very clean .

When we arrived information was limited no details where anything was , as a couple celebrating a few occasions together rooms are not very romantic for the price of the rooms, the bar man was so under pressure we waited a long time to be served also we wanted dessert nobody came with a menu we waited nearly an hour so didn't get any and then waited at the bar again to pay disappointed, but it was no fault of the bar man , the hotel itself is lovely and would be worth another stay but very expensive for what yous offer, need to get information of guests as what brings them to the hotel when paying so much for a room guests need to feel special
