    The breakfast was awesome. The location was great and convenient. The staff were great. The check in desk was understaffed so that was a pain point for many - I could see it on the faces as we waited to talk to the team.

    The gym was very sad. No free weights. Old equipment but there were lots of cardio options if that is what you’re looking for.

    The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, it was exceptionally comfortable. Every meal was absolutely delicous. The rooms were neat and tidy and the entire hotel is absolutely beautiful with beautiful grounds. Couldnt fault a thing

    The hotel was close to where we needed to go daily.

    Staff was not very helpful. our flight arrived at 4:30am and I called ahead to tell them this to ask for an early check in. When we got their they did not have any thing available for us and they wouldn't let us into a room early exact words because "of the type of booking we did through booking.com our room type wasn't available, not that there is anything wrong with the room you booked". So we had to sit in the lobby until 9am until things opened up. Then we went for Breakfast at the hotel and it was expensive and the food did not seem too fresh. The air condition in the room did not workd well at all, and it was extremely hot in the room. The shower curtain was not very clean, seem to have some red mold at the bottom.

    The grounds are gorgeous. Hotel is v nice.

    WiFi sucked, used my hotspot the whole time. But that's the only drawback of this place and it's not even that much of an issue since there is good network.

    We were disappointed with our stay. Check-in was delayed by two hours, despite informing the hotel in advance that we were arriving from an overnight international flight, and despite the fact that many rooms appeared to be empty. The room itself was below expectations for a five-star property: Beds were old and uncomfortably soft Spider webs were visible on the ceiling The bathtub was old and scratched The slip mat was in unacceptable condition Overall, the room felt dirty and outdated In addition, during our entire one-week stay, only two bottles of water were provided. The in-room telephone did not work, and although we reported it, no action was taken. Even basic service was lacking — when I asked at reception about the soup of the day, the staff member replied, “I don’t know.” Unfortunately, the experience was not worth the money paid nor the hotel’s claimed five-star rating.

    The grounds are beautiful. Loads of space, you definitely dont feel like you're in dublin.

    No swimming pool (my fault i should have checked but I didn't realise you could be a 5star with no pool) Staff in hallways cleaning rooms are so rude. If u don't want to work there don't but don't ruin everyone else's day... smile it might never happen. No fridge working the the suit which it's advertised as having so had to leave snacks for my 2 year lod in a fridge downstairs and when I would request this bag it was a big deal and once I was sent to the kitchen to get it myself. 5 star?? The woman on reception needs to realise her job is front of house and customer service. Anyone who approached her was treated as they were bothering her playing on her computer. The woman on breakfast needs a break or staff or something she had the same ' oh god guests turned up to eat attitude' No breakfast menu.... u can order eggs, THIS IS A 5 STAR staff cleaning ur table as u eat. SOO AWKWARD When we arrived at the breakfast room we had a buggy was made clear we were an inconvenience... exact same in the bar I met with my friends for lunch we sat in the corner to be out of the way a member of staff approached us and wanted us to move 'for our convince.... it was ridiculous We actually chose to have food in our room from the on as it was just stressful.... room service staff were no better. we ordered a pizza with garlic dip and the woman that dropped this told me they didn't do garlic dip so I had to go down n get it myself... On the 4th day we were packed and ready to go when my son 2 said he was hungry so we said we would grab lunch as we had a 3hr drive, has a beautiful back area with tables left and right and tables on the right were taken so we sat on the left and when I asked if I could order guess what we were moved .... that was me done at that point I asked for a manager and expressed everything it was as if we spent 2000 to stay in someone's house that didn't want us there...
