The room had everything youd need ...clean spacious with cooking facilities and a lounge area with great views out to the countryside. 5 minutes from the nearest towns both ways. Great for a getaway if that's what you want. Paula couldn't have been more helpful. I'd rate this a find for sure 👌

Beautiful location and house. Very peaceful and quiet but close to two villages with pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways/delivery services. We stayed a couple of nights before travelling west; we would have been happy to stay for longer.

The location is so beautiful and tranquil!! We hade the master bedroom, a very spacious room with a beautiful decor. The host was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this place!

The room was not clean at all. Dead flies on the window sills, hair in the plug hole, left over food in the kitchen sink

The place was exceptionally clean. It had a lovely view. Great facilities - little kitchenette with everything you could need to cater fully for yourself - fridge, freezer, hob, crockery, cutlery, pot, pan, cooking utensils. Lovely main room with very comfortable bed, as well as sofa on which you could watch TV, kitchen table and chairs and other pieces of nice furniture. Good parking space. Lovely, private place. I asked if I could check in earlier than the official 4.00pm check-in time, and was welcomed as soon as I had sent the request to arrive whenever I wanted. Very reasonable price.

Couldn'r fault the proprty at all!

This was a last minute booking to accommodate a late flight into Dublin. The price was excellent compared to hotels around the Dublin area, particularly for 2 rooms. The host reached out very quickly to confirm late checkin and details etc. The property is really easy to get to. It's around a half hour easy drive north of the airport on the M1, then a short drive once you come off the motorway. It is in a beautiful country setting. The rooms were so lovely, decorated to a very high standard and had lots of amenities. One was a family room with a huge bed and bunk beds. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had lots of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were appreciative of a late checkout. We didn't want to leave as we enjoyed the space so much! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the future when we need accommodation in the area. Thank you Paula! :-)

That I did not have time to stay longer. Paula was a very professional host. A very well run and maintained establishment.

Such peace and quiet. I slept like a log. Lovely to be able to sleep and all you can hear is nature - so refreshing. The room was fantastic - hotel style luxury and more like a hotel suite than a room. Everything was to a very high professional standard - bedding clean, and fresh, the room and bathroom also felt like five star hotel standards. It is located in such a peaceful place you would not believe you are that close relatively to a motorway.

Nothing. Genuinely. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, professional, welcoming host, beautiful location and excellent located exactly half way between Belfast and Dublin, easy to find, relaxing setting, great facilities, well worth the price, I definitely hope to be back again soon.

So calm and peaceful - proper luxury! Bed was so comfortable and the place was spotless. Paula was such a charming host - very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - you are made to feel more like family than a guest. If you want a tranquil place to stay but within a short distance of excellent transport links this is the place to stay. It's hard to believe you're less than 5 minutes from the M1 as it's so quiet. There's the beautiful lake in the woods at the bottom of the field too so there's things to do in the evening whatever the weather. Such a relaxing place to stay - it felt more like a week's holiday than a one night stay

Paper thin walls, kids in room next door were up until 3; so was I. Rooms are not clean, shower was dirty to say the least. As the walls are that dry board; every click of a switch or use on an appliance is heard. I can tolerate noise; but this is more like amplified. Doesn’t lend to a good nights sleep.

Super friendly and helpful host. HUGE room, much bigger than we needed but fun for our toddler to run around. Toddler also loved the animals out the front and tractors in view from the fields, so free entertainment basically! Room was well equipped with kitchenette, complete with all the essentials.
