The decor is dated, but its perfectly fine and the rooms have everything you need. There is no lift and there were a lot of stairs to the top floor. There wasn't much choice of breakfast (vegans may have to just have toast) however there may have been other options not known to me as I didnt ask for them.

Welcoming, friendly and traditional B&B. Lovely building and a short walk from the city centre. Surrounded by parks and close to the University. Clean and large en suite room. Breakfast was lovely - not too large at all. At all points the attentive and friendly staff make you feel welcome.

    Everything was fine

The room was very clean and comfortable. The house is lovely and well located, you can walk from there to both UCC and to the city centre. Breakfast was nice, home cooked. I wish there were just more vegetarian or vegan options - i.e. fruit salad or nice local cheese, potato cakes, fried mushrooms etc. I had a nice stay there and would recommend it if you are looking for a traditional B&B.

The bedding was clean and fresh, but old stains on one of the pillows. Sharing tables in the breakfast room.

Decent breakfast. Good sized room and bed. Great location.

The bathroom was very small and I think that in general the structure needs more maintenance ( e.g. some electrical outlets do not work) and renewal works.

The best points of this stay were: - Hosts, very friendly and nice - The breakfast - The position of the place, just 10 mins from Cork City center For sure If in future I will go again on cork, I will choose this apartment

I liked my stay, the rooms do need upgrading but you get over that with level of hospitality you recieve.

The staff were amazing and lovely and friendly, I slept in and only got up for breakfast at 10am, the staff couldn't have been nicer when I went down.

Only observation is personally I don’t like shower curtains where a shower door would be a better finish.

very clean with a very comfortable bed . Location is perfect in the middle of Cork. Free parking. Very nice breakfast with really good coffee.

I think the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy.. and as we had family staying in another nearby hotel we needed to be able to access this - but, I don't see this as a major issue. Their hotel was a 10 min walk away so, we could actually just walk there.

Location was great. 20 mins walk into centre of Cork. And, around the corner from University leisure centre which I wanted to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good and filling Irish Breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Property was quiet in terms of other guest noise. Our room was facing street so, if window was open there was street noise.
