Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaRoom was tiny with uncomfortable placement of things. For example: they had a huge TV that took about half of the space but no proper wardrobe or shelves, bathroom had a great big mirror but no socket to plug your hairdryer or shaving machine so only available socket would be next to the bad which is uncomfortable. Had one big window which you can’t open so the room was pretty stuffy (even with a small fan) and it was facing the window of another room so you can’t even open the curtains. Room was never cleaned during the stay nor were the towels changed.
Staff was helpful and attentive, great central location - close to temple bar, etc

Great location - easy walk to most places we wanted to see, Christ Cathedreal, Trinity College & The Book of Kells, Molly Malone statue, Temple Bar, etc. Appreciated the free laundry, free snacks in the laundry room & complimentary apples & bananas at the front desk

IrelandAlthough I did request for a street view and I did get it ( thank you very much ) on the first floor, I didn’t realize the band/ singer was pretty loud down below in the bar. Thank God was going out for a few hours and by the time I came back, the live music was over. The room is small but I guess it is what it is. You can connect your Spotify or streaming service on the TV and this makes it nice too.
That they have free treats for guests - free coffee or tea, jellies, apple or banana and other small sweets. One can appreciate this.
