Lovely bed and breakfast run by a wonderful couple Eileen and PJ. We had a comfortable stay and a delicious breakfast. The location is very good, about 1.5 miles to the center of Kenmare where there is plenty of parking.

We had the most wonderful stay at River Meadows BnB, Eileen and her husband were extremely accommodating and such wonderful people. We let them know we were arriving very late because of our journey from Dublin and they were still up to let us in and show us around (thank you!) The next morning, they had a delicious breakfast prepared with a huge amount of food available for us (even as a vegetarian and a vegan). The facilities were delightful, and very clean too, with comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities provided, as well as toiletries and towels in the bathroom. We had a lovely chat and they made us feel so comfortable and at home. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Aileen was a wonderful host - very friendly with lots of tips on the locality. The room was lovely and bright with a lovely aspect. Delicious breakfast (wonderful fruit salad). We were cycling for 10 days in Ireland and this was our favourite stay.

From the moment we arrived, Eileen and PJ went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Amazing breakfasts over our three days…all served with a lovely smile and conversation. Eileen even came to our rescue with a corkscrew for a bottle of wine. 🍷😊 Highly recommend River Meadows as a jumping off point for the Beara and Dingle (Slea Head) Peninsulas as well as the Ring of Kerry. Not to forget the proximity to Kenmare with its fine range of pubs and eateries.

River Meadows is a wonderful B&B! Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The view was beautiful and the location is great for exploring Kerry.

Very friendly welcome with a pot of freshly made tea and bics. Quite outstanding breakfast. Quiet setting, so good to chill after a busy day. Only issue was the shower room was quite small, but hot water first rate.
