I didn’t like anything about the hotel

Firs of all they didn’t gave me the room that I paid for,2 nights breakfast included 444 euro, king classic room,in the description was with a sitting area and facilities like iron and ironing board which I didn’t had them, the room was at the ground floor with the windows facing the main entrance and main road, and you could hear every person walking in front of the windows and all the cars entering the premises and from the road, the bathtub was broken and had painted patches and when sitting on the toilet you can see the dirt from underneath the sink and door, the mattress from the bed was not more than 10 cm and you can feel the springs in your ribs all night,I have a better mattress at home. I am extremely disappointed because me and my husband we were having a break from the family and we felt marginalised maybe because of our nationality.

    The hotel is clean

Beds are hard as rocks and so tiny even a kid struggles to sleep, the staff is not friendly, quite expensive for the service offered.

Very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff

The noise between rooms is awful. You can practically hear full conversations and it all comes through the sockets at the head of the bed! There is obviously no insulation in the electrical trunking behind the walls. It’s terrible.

Location is perfect. The stuff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast is more than enough.

Everything was perfect Super location to blackrock clinic windyridge garden centre is minutes away and most definitely worth a visit The swimming pool was an added bonus water temperature was good too

My son was disappointed as he could not use the jacuzzi steam room or sauna as children under 16 were not permitted to do so

Lovely pool, delicious breakfast, kind staff.

Restricted times on use of pool (eg for children) could have been made clearer.

Nice location for me as my family live nearby. Quad room has been upgraded to a lovely standard and the bathroom was super.

Couldn’t get anything to eat after 9pm & we were not made aware of the vending machine which would have been better than nothing.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We did enjoy breakfast the following morning – very friendly and helpful staff and lots of tasty food. The pool was also very enjoyable. Warm and not too busy.

The TV in the adjoining room did not seem to have all the channels tuned in. The walls seemed a little thin and it was easy to hear doors on other rooms slamming. Also, the toilet felt like it was not connected to the wall properly – it probably was but felt a little shaky.
