Regarding the room size and design aspects, our Lean Luxury philosophy is geared towards maximising comfort while maintaining a down-to-earth approach. We're sorry to hear that the duvet situation did not meet your comfort expectations. It's a Central European custom for individual comfort, and turning them over can provide adequate length. Our rooms don't have traditional amenities like minibars or in-room phones. Instead, we offer complimentary hot drinks and a Maxi bar in our Galleys on each floor. This is part of our effort to offer what our guests need, without the unnecessary extras. We're sorry that the bathroom fan was a source of discomfort for you.
