The toilet in my room didn't work (didn't flush). There are no power sockets per bed. Just a couple in some random positions in the room. If you are on a top bed then you can't charge your stuff.

Price was good. Kitchen was Ok and it had everything you'd need.

too strict check in/ check out time.. A guy came to evacuate the room shortly before 10:00 am. doors make noise (squeaks), toilets could be cleaner.. a bit far from the city center, so you need a 25 minutes bus drive.

low price, only 4 beds in the room, clear regulations, private bathroom attached to the room. Big window in the room! For a group of 3-4 people, an excellent option!

Broken glass outside front door, quite dirty. Unfortunately, a client’s missing bag from the kitchen was the cause of a 30 minute back and forth screaming marathon with security on the premises in the morning. Despite the security’s best efforts to subdue the situation and claim the bag was not their responsibility for the client, the client was not having any of it and continued to scream which echoed around the halls loudly. It’s was a rather disappointing end to an otherwise positive experience particularly regarding value for money.

Affordable, quite pleased with it. Toilet paper and hand wash in bathroom.

You might get annoyed by the noise of the bed and even get a little scared when the person upstairs moves, because he or she will shake, and besides, I was unlucky, the roommates smelled bad and that was uncomfortable...

The price its amazing, I left my backpack on the bed and no one touched it (very safe)... Besides, it was super easy to get to the room, I received all the passwords and information clearly...

cool hostel, lots of free space in the room, well-kept. The kitchen has a lot of equipment that can be used for cooking and eating food. There is a bus stop and shopping outlets near the hostel. I recommend it 🤞🙂

I got given the wrong room details and so 5 of us were in a 4 room and there was no contact number. They were responsive and had just given me the wrong details (meaning I had other peoples room details not very secure). Some random man walked in and out of the room literally all night many many times it was really odd (meaning he also had room security details that weren’t his- who was this random man??), didn’t have a bed just walked in loudly talking until I gave up trying to sleep at about 9 when he just plonked himself on a chair. Really uncomfortable and felt vulnerable. Staff also kept coming in through out the night which was very odd. And every time a random came in the very noisy door security lock went off. I’m also pretty sure I booked a female only room and ended up with men, being the only female.

The room and bathroom was quite clean. It was close to the gig venue. Instructions for getting in were clear.

We booked an accommodation on the website Booking.com. When we arrived at the place, the conditions were completely different than we expected and different from the photos published on the page. We decided to stay for one night only, because it was late in the evening. The day after, we immediately booked another hotel, and requested an early check out and reported by email for Customer Service and the property. We had some problems with the conditions of the place (poor clean, shower not working, no towels and bins that we could use, etc). Outside the property the window glass was broken. There a puddle of water on the main entrance. Some intimate pads with blood on the floor. I have pictures. I would like to solve the situation as better as possible : I agree to pay for one night, and request a partial refund for the other nights. But the property refused and charged us for all the inconvenience. Booking customer service just offered a compensation voucher. This isn't right and not solved the main problem. Thank you.

We received attention from the guy on the property. But all the experience was a nightmare. We moved for another hotel.

The only way to charge our phones was on the ground and I had the top bunk bed, so it was not possible to sleep alongside my phone and I had to leave it on the ground.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the guests were wonderful and the property was very clean and well situated.
